Apparently Steven Spielberg spearheaded a motion for Dreamworks to acquire the rights to the Ghost in the Shell movie. Report also says he's quite a fan. Click the link I supplied for more read-osity.

This movie should be interesting if they do it right.Live action in 3D. hmmm....

This movie could actually work I guess. I mean, the first GiTS Anime movie would do just fine. But then again, it's Anime in the hands of Hollywood. Hurts to think about more than it should.
