Minors Permission Slip Question

So, I'm getting all the details that those who are under 18 have to get a permission slip signed for staffing at Fanime 2008.

But where do we send it in/who do we give it to?

Give it to your head/HR when you see them. ^^
If they won't take it, shove it to their face until they do. :D

I believe you turn it in when you check-in as staff.

My staff gave them to me, and I gave them to HR when I was at one of the staff meetings. Essentially, they just need to make it to HR eventually - they are the ones who keep track of them.  :)

By the way, I strongly recommend taking the forms to badge pick-up. I think it makes it easier for everybody involved.  I turned in a minor waiver to HR early, and we had problems finding it when she tried to pick up her badge at the con.  It was eventually straightened out, but it caused extra confusion that just didn't need to happen.
