im looking for a shirt very similar to L's of death note any suggestions on where to find one?

You might try a regular department store or Ross or Marshall's or Old Navy or Gap or Wal-Mart.  Sorry if that sounds lame, and you may have already tried places like those mentioned.  It's just a long-sleeved t-shirt, isn't it?  Even if you had or found an old white long-sleeved turtleneck, you could just remove the collar I guess.  And don't just look in the men's department, check the women's department, or even in sleepwear.  This is advice not just for you but anyone else looking for a similar shirt.

thx great suggestion, i went to the good will and came uot empty handed, ill check the internet right now to see if any stores like those could help me

Try a men's Henley or thermal shirt...I think it'll hang right.
