My sneeze frightens my friends to the extent that they want a warning if I feel one coming on.
Let's put it this way: one time in second or third grade, my sneeze caused the clock to fall off the wall.

(Granted it was already loose, but still. XD)

At least your sneeze isn't the stereotypical cute little girl sneeze. Every time my friends mock me. "Aww so adorable." It doesn't match me at all.
