i have never been to a anime convention any convention in that matter.And i was wondering where my pass go to do i have to pick it up from san jose or will it be there on the day or do i get it in the main i look around and cant find anything tell me. so if anyone can tell me anything i will be very great full

When you pre-reg (See FAQ) you will register your membership and pick up your pretty laminated badge in the registration hall. It will be a different line as those getting a membership there.
If you would like to register at-con, you have the option of getting one day memberships, but if you plan on attending for more than one day it is more economical to purchase a full-weekend membership, especially now before the pre-registration price goes up.
