Has anyone decreed that this should be a thing yet?
If not, is anyone interested in the idea of a OPM meetup at Fanime, presumably on Saturday or Sunday because I know this thing has lots of fans?

One-Punch Man gathering!
This includes any and all characters from the One-Punch Man anime and/or manga.
Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.
When posting images from the gathering to social media of any platform that uses hashtags at all, please tag them #opmfanime2016

I was just wondering the same thing, actually! I haven't seen any other posts on the forums about a gathering. I was planning on cosplaying Tatsumaki.
I'm just getting into One Punch Man and I'd love to see cosplayers from it!
I'm planning on cosplaying Mumen Rider at Fanime, though if I don't finish that in time, I've got Metal Bat done already.
And if there is interest and nobody else has stepped up, I suppose I could organize this gathering...
Finally someone said it! I really hope there's a gathering for OPM!!! Going as Tatsumaki and my sister is going as Fubuki!
I'd be willing to run it if you didn't want to. I just don't want to offer myself up before finishing most of my costume in case something goes wrong.
Ah, another Tatsumaki! I know there's bound to be a lot of cosplays of her, but I'm just so excited to see them all.

Also - no Facebook event yet. Sorry I've dropped that ball! Hopefully I'll have a few seconds to get that set up this weekend, and I'll link to it as soon as it exists. (Though it also means finally setting up a separate Facebook for cosplay stuff, so as to not attract the attention of my colleagues...)

again, my bad. I keep seeing the numbers for people going to this gathering, and it MAY move to G10. It will be an at con decision, and if it happens we will point to where it is. again, my bad. my master list and the one that went to print is the one that is going to be printed throughout(thats not the facebook one, im just trying to transfer info from excel to word is fun and copy paste fails....)
So, when we look in the books and on the signs at the con, it'll say this gathering is at G10?
It's frustrating, not having everything done in time for the con. All that's left is to make my wig appropriately curly, but I just don't have a whole lot of time because of school. Oh well! I still can hardly wait until the weekend.

Super belatedly, thank you all for coming to the gathering (and, by extension, for making the first gathering I've ever led run so smoothly)!
I hope you all had a great time, despite the heat. I also now have learned my lesson about said heat, and will not request an unshaded gathering spot at 2 PM ever again.
