Hey Victim,

assuming that i dont get overly mauled by mobsters at the mall (ugh 2nd job is a battle field...)

I'd like to check out a show.

so are you guys sticking to Enchanted only?

I heard that Mist and Hitman were pretty decent.

As much as Disney live action is fun, I also need some blow-up/action goodness :3

I think i have your number some where or give me a ring please!

I was going to see the Mist with my brothers but it looks like we will be seeing Hitman instead Saturday with some friends so Friday I'd be up for the Mist let me just ask someone if they'd mind seeing that instead.

So far the majority vote says that Beowolf was mediocre at best...

kinda disappointing because i was looking forward to it...

but either way, I'm willing to catch hopefuly a 'good' movie this weekend.

that plus a show and dinner on saturday nite for me.

The thread was created on November 20, so "this Friday" meant the Friday of that week, or November 23.

As far as home releases are concerned, there's Bourne Ultimatum, the final cut of Blade Runner, Stardust, and The Kingdom (12/23 release date).

If you invested in an HD format there's the Harry Potter boxset (though I took the liberty of importing the first movie from Canada just because it's the "Philosopher's Stone" version lawl), and Pan's Labyrinth (next week).

I myself want to see P.S. I love you :P.  Why? because it seems romantic, entertaining, and a good cry :D.

Problem me getting up to the SJ area, since Im in SC (Santa Cruz).  But it can happen, I still need to shop though :P.

I also want to see Sweeny Tood, but promised a friend I wont see that until she can :D.

Thats all I got.

Oh I know this was for a while back, but since we have a friday every week it still applies...I win

I'm confused. Did someone offer their place to watch DVDs this Friday?  Such idea is no where to be found in Jerry's most recent post.  ???

Yea, I'm totally okay with a house gathering this friday.

I'm off at 4pm and usually home by 5pm.
This Friday 12/21/2007

You guys can still do the Tap-X thing, but to get out of the rain and cold free free to stop by and we'll DVD or game it up.

I've been meanin to either get my 2d fighter game on because of:
King of Fighters XI
Fatal Fury Anthology

If we get drunk (yah right =P) we could also Karaoke... just in time for the holidays.

The Usual PLACE... (everyone knows where Jerry lives) or PM me for details.

Yes, Yes Wifi is available too, so if you want to bring your lappy's TF2 Game on and/or FFXI for your MMO players.

Tis, the holidays, time to frag and button smash just like any other anime gamer dork <3.  :D

So it's ok we start heading to your place after 5pm, Jerry?
If so, I'll just head straight over there from Eastridge Mall. I'll give you a call before I leave.
I wanna check out FFA. BTW, do you have Jojo for DreamCast?
Title: Re: Who'd like to see a movie this Friday?
Post by: Jerry on December 20, 2007, 04:03:51 PM
unfortunately no JoJo for Dreamcast,

but I'll see if I can find my Project Justice (aka Rival School 3) for Dreamcast.

Ah, nothing like 2d fighter gamer goodness.

One missed call...  this poster totally freaks me out...

But with the storm and all, I think we're having out usual Friday hang out at my place... assuming that the power doesnt go out.

i've been playing Resident Evil 4 on the wii.... good times :)

if anyone wants to bring any additional wii-motes (someone bring batteries!)
and any party games that would be awesome.

Lok if your free (or surviving the storm) i know its gonna be a hassle but maybe you could bring Rock band? pretty prease? :3

If not we'll need to set up a ROCK BAND GATHERINGs Thread.

Please be safe out there ladies and gents. This storm turned out to be bigger than I thought.
