Hahahahaha...I'd suggest you do another incarnation of them, but the older and newer ones than the ones I'm thinking of are just as bad. You could always make the skirt/shorts longer and make it more guy-appropriate if you like. (A Fantano?)

Edit: And whee! Somebody actually has heard of our little hole-in-the-wall city. Cool that you had a friend from here...this is like one of those city-towns where, once you're there, you never leave. Bleh.

Lessee... some friends I made at the con were talking me into being the purple Fantana. It might be a little difficult for me, though.

And one of those friends is here now to tell you that you can switch over to one of the other Fantanas if you don't want to wear a skirt. (Or you can...manly it up or whatever.)

Haha, my friends and I have already basically worked this out, let me see if I can remember what we're groups we're planning and which characters I'm going to be from them...I know that I really want to do Xellos from Slayers next year (with a Filia, a Lina, and a possible Naga/Martina/somebody), and I think we're going to do some Animal Magnetism characters...geesh, I guess I don't remember after all. I'll check our list and come back tomorrow.

Edit: Okay, my cohort and I have conferred and we now have the intended list compiled (changed a little to be from my perspective):

- Xellos from Slayers
- Capri from the Fantanas (the red one from the 2nd incarnation)
- some sort of PokeMorph (because I swear we're just that cool)
- Pyramid-Head from Silent Hill (I didn't even know there were going to be those two there this year when we decided to do Silent Hill...looks like fun, though)
- Count D from Pet Shop of Horrors
- possibly Harley Quinn or Poison Ivy
- possibly Kuro from Animal Magnetism

This is, of course, a big long list that we'll probably cut one or two costumes off of the list as time goes on and we realize how stupid planning so many is...

I'm looking for pics of me in my Archer (Fate/Stay Night) costume, preferably from Sunday or Monday when I had my white hair. I might have also been with Chloe as Rin for a couple shots.

Archer = long-sleeved red bolero-style (half) shirt with a half-cape, black pants, black shirt with white higlights, and round white thingies on the end of the sleeves. Plus a few other details I've neglected to mention.

I've got one or two pictures of you in costume, but I still need to go through all of the pictures I took to see whether or not they're actually not crazy-fuzzy...this camera takes terrible indoor shots.

I shall be going as Saki Hanajima (dress seen briefly in Vol. 09), my friend "Fructose" will be Arisa Uotani (Yankee getup), and our other friend "Glucose" will be Momiji Sohma (wing-outfit from either Vol. 07 or 08, I forget exactly)...all barring some terrible mishap, of course. *laugh* And another friend "Lactose" may borrow her friend's Tohru Honda school uniform to go with us.

Eee! I'm totally pumped to see Paradise Kiss on there, I've been dying to see it in all its animated glory. (And I'm interested in that Yakitate Japan thing, too...I think I saw ads for it at Fanime last year? Something.)

I know I've put my modest little list here on the forum somewhere, but I don't think it was in this thread...and in any case, I've altered my list since then. So!

As well, I will be one of two banner-carriers for the Day-Glo Avenger (my friend Lactose) somewhere inside everything else. (And if my friend Fructose and I get bored, we'll rough up our GetBackers outfits for Battle-Torn Ban and Akabane, since people liked our Battle-Torn PowerPuff Girls so much last year. ^___^ )

This year I'm crossplaying as Ban Mido from GetBackers. (And...wait, is Risky from Risky Safety a boy or a girl? I always assumed "he" was a boy, but recently I've heard otherwise from various sources and now I'm confused.)

In any case, I know girl-to-boy crossplayers are not quite as interesting as boy-to-girl crossplayers, but you know how it is.
