Dangan Ronpa/SDR2 Cosplay Gathering 2013
Hey folks! I'm Audrey (mintycat and tumblr user mononanami). I'm going to try hosting a meetup for Dangan Ronpa this year for the first time ever, yay! We will be taking photos and hanging out, and if possible, play a huge game of DR-themed Mafia. It will be located inside the convention center near the stairs. Bring your friends and photographers!
Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

We have tentative plans for a Hagakure and an Asahina, too.
Saturday, Sunday, or late Friday afternoon would work best for us because a lot of us won't be done with class until Friday's half-over.

I'll be cosplaying Fukawa/Syo with a friend cosplaying as Togami from SDR2, most likely! I also have an Ibuki Mioda costume I'm wearing to Fanime, but I can't decide which one to bring to the gathering. ;_;

lmao I was thinking of coming in as Ibuki and then running out to change really quickly but it depends on how long the gathering is and where it is, since I'm at the Hilton. We will see!

My friend and I came up with the awesome idea to have a large game of simplified DR-style Mafia. I was thinking it could work like... a killer is secretly selected, they choose someone they wish to kill, come up with a scenario of their death, and then we have a "school trial" where people make their cases, nominate who they think is the murderer, and vote on who to execute. We could do several rounds of this until a) everyone dies or b) everyone dies! : )
Since the game is less complicated than actual Mafia, I don't think a huge group would be difficult to manage at all. If anyone wants to help me, please do! Of course, the game would be optional, and people can leave after pictures if they have other things to do! c:
I think it'll be fun, and since it's around lunchtime, we could all eat together as well!
