General Convention Discussion / fan storage

i heard there's a fan storage to keep our stuff at. is there a map that shows where its at? i have two cosplays.one with a prop. im gonna be switching my cosplays so I need a place to put my prop since it won't be part of my first cosplay. as well as my bag that will have my outfit in it


also how does fan storage work? i never used it before

i have a sword prop from akame ga kill,kurome sword

am i allowed to take it out of the holder when posing for pics or does it have to stay in the holder at all times

and if it has to stay in holder is there certain areas where i can pull it out
