Sign me up! I will be bringing my Chun li cosplay, her alternate costume version from SF4. If I make my Mai Shiranui cosplay in time though, then I'll bring that.
#3
I will be there as Chun Li in her Alpha costume  :D
#4
I will hopefully have my Psylocke cosplay by this time. Sign me up.
#5
I'm working on getting Road to Ninja Hinata done by Fanime.

I was Chun Li the entire weekend but because I was volunteering at the dealer's hall I had to cosplay on and off. Please PM me if you have any photos of me. I was also the same Chun Li that was hanging around the DJ (JesseUppercut) on the 2nd floor hall/outside.

I'm also looking for photos that I took with certain people. There was a Cammy, Kasumi and Kyoko from Rival Schools :)

I feel kind of stupid for having to ask this, but since this is a Karaoke contest, do the lyrics need to be memorized?

I believe they let you bring a printed copy of the lyrics up to the stage but they do deduct points for doing so. I did that three years ago but honestly it was way to distracting and it made me even more nervous! I strongly suggest memorizing the lyrics so you can focus your attention to your performance and singing.

We don't deduct points for using a lyrics sheet. But we do judge on Performance. If you are heads down into the lyrics sheet during the entire song, then that would not be considered good performance. Many singers do just fine with a lyrics sheet, it's how you use it.

Thanks for clearing that up Galewolf!

I JUST noticed this right now. I hope I made it in time.

PS I had to send in two.
My first one I forgot to add my last name so I did it again.
Hope this doesn't cause confusion...

Alright, even though it doesn't make very much sense seeing as they are two totally different games.

Yeah. Pretty upset about that myself. There goes half my time at the arcade. Gotta find something else to do now.

Waiiiiiit a second. There won't be SSF4 console, because SF4 vanilla is going to be on arcade?

No SSF4 freeplay on console. Only arcade SF4 vanilla.
Taken from Fanime eGaming thread:

To respect the arcade's services provided for FanimeCon, we will not provide free gaming for specific games unless it's used for tournaments only (example: Super Street Fighter IV).

Working on it at the moment, the obvious repeat games will be back.  So far:

Fighters:
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Street Fighter IV

In addition to the ones mentioned...

Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion
Capcom vs SNK2
Street Fighter 3:3rd Strike

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core

...

whoo! I almost freaked out there! I saw the first list of the fighting game line up and was like :(
Then I saw OCE's post for CVS2 and 3S and then I was like :D
I don't think I'll be putting in any of my money to vanilla SF4 tho..

I can't quite remember how the stage was set up but are we allowed to move around the stage?

Fighters:
Third Strike
CVS2
Street Fighter 4
Tekken 6: BR
BlazBlu Continuum Shift

Dance & Rythm:
Para Para Paradise (I ask for it every year and I love to play it every time)
ITG2 (USB compatible)
DJ Max Technika

Other:
Pool table (just awesome to have it around to play for free)

Guaranteed....I spend about 70% of my con time at the arcade playing something. 30% goes to stuff like...eating, sleeping, other con activities..ect.
