I wanna Cosplay as Ishida from Bleach.
How would I go about making his Quincy uniform?
(Sorry if it's not the write thing but I'm a newbie at bleach..)

easiest thing would be to print a few screen shots of him from diff angles, take them to a fabric store and look in the patterns for something close to what you need, and modify it.
i'm doing m first Bleach cosplay this year too, and it's going to be a pain looking for patterns to make a shinigami cosstume.

She's taking bathrobe cutting it and she got things ballon type pants from her ren faire thing she goes too and is cutting off the bottom. then it adding the details.

Simplicity actually has two kimono patterns that can work for the shinigami uniform, and this site here carries a pattern for hakama:
