For those who have never been to a NorCal Cosplay Gathering before, the purpose is for cosplayers and photographers to meet up in a scenic location to get some great pictures, make new friends, and visit with long-time friends outside of the chaos of a convention.

As in the past, we would please like you to observe these rules:
- We will be in public. This means NO LIVE STEEL WEAPONS. NO GUN PROPS AT ALL. Also, this includes Nerf guns, water guns, and other disruptive toys like that. Anything shaped like a gun is NOT allowed.
- Please use your best judgement in choosing a costume; costumes that are excessively revealing may be unfit for a public venue.
- We will be in public on city property, so please do not bring any alcohol, drugs, or other substances of that nature.

I know FanimeCon 2013 is not until next year but the idea came up before this year's Fanime but it would have been too late to implement. The idea is: have a cosplay gathering for all of the Magical Girls that we know and love. From Sailor Moon to Madoka Magica to Card Captor Sakura and beyond, all Magical Girls are welcome to this, even from RPG games as well. So anyone is interested in part of this? Let me know :D

Ok Hopefully 4th's time the charm on this. I want to get a general Type Moon Gathering for FanimeCon this year and since it's been really popular as of late thanks to Fate/Zero and Kara No Kyoukai, Might as well atttempt to do such a gathering. This is open to any characters of the series:

I am organizing the RO Gathering this year. I had to leave on a short notice yesterday after meeting up with the people that attended to attend my photoshoot schedule. Ok, me and Bart discussed this last night and we're planning this out 2 months in adavance. There will be a Gourmet Race Gathering again(Thanks to Jerry for the suggestion). It'll take place October 2, 2010, time and location to be determined. If we do this, I want you guys to show up, hang out and willing to participate if your stomach can handle it lol. Old school members and new members are welcome to join us for this. I threw some ideas last night since we already did american(Cattleman's), Japanese(Sushi Factory), and Italian(Bucca di Beppo). My ideas were Thai, Chinese, and Salvadorean. Throw your ideas in here and whatever gets the most votes, that's what we'll do. All right, Let's do this :D 

Bart and I are planning to do a small gathering this saturday. it is kinda short notice but we want to see if we can round up some of the old fanimafia for this. Pass this along to whoever is in your friends list in here. Meet up at Oakridge, do lunch, then go do bowling. Meet up time will be noon. I will be showing up late cause I have to do a photoshoot at noon. I hope this can be pulled off cause it will be cool to see everyone again and to those that are new here, you're most welcome to attend to as well. So to recap:

POTLUCK like always, so bring food, drinks, charcoal and stuff to light it with cause we will be cooking food. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with this too. This event is more like a hangout than a full cosplay gathering, but if you guys want to do beach cosplay, that's fine with me too. Please, all I ask from you guys is that:

1- Carpooling Help-if any of you need rides and also, if there are any drives willing to help, PLEASE COMMENT ON THE EVENT WALL(if any of you have facebook) or PM THROUGH HERE so you guys can organize the carpools/ride situation.
2-Be Safe and Courteous to other people.
3-No Drama.
4-Help out with food/beverages/beach equipment(chairs, tablecloths, coolers) and bring garbage bags too.
5-There will be photo ops too, but if any of the girls feel uncomfortable about people taking their pictures, please, respect them when they say no.
6-PLEASE HELP CLEAN afterwards :D

I just found about this on saturday, since I was up there with Ultramangaia and some other people. I'm willing to go to this since it will also have a cosplay contest and to celebrate the arrival of fall. Here are the dates:
