I'm in the fashion show on sat and have to miss the moogle gathering, so 9~11 AM is bad, and 4~6 PM is really bad for me.

the trick is, making friends with someone at an art row, and bumming of their space :).

That's what I do.

lol i feel the same as well, but lately i've sort of grown out of it... shame since i have too many loli pieces that are now at goodwill hahaha. if i do go to the tea i may make a cake and dress aristocrat, but again, will have to wait and see.

How do you get into stage zero?

So far one group and three individuals (myself excluded) have given word of their commitment and have shown me their concept drawings.  From these each designer or group will solidify their aesthetic, their direction.  In about one month we'll be able to see the love of this labor and work more closely with our contribution to Fanime Live Programming and our presence at the convention in general.  

Two of the designers actually have never made clothing before, so I would really like the aid of other designers and cosplayers out there to add to the pool of knowledge and sewing machines--start up this Bay Area Cosplay Resource thang already.  :roll:

I'f it's not too late, I can sew.

And if you need another person, I can model if you're still looking for one.

Yours is the same as Julia's. Amy is going to have the same outfit as me. Can you go get some purple bias tape? I have the fabric for your minidress, but you need to go get the leggings, garters,  and sneakers yourself (white of course ^-^).

FYI: Race queens are those girls you see at car shows dressed up for their sponser, and those "umbrella girls" at races. I think American race queens are the girls dressed in those bikinis.

ALthough I would disagree that GM is a shitty place. There's lots of good places to find cosplay-worthy and trendy clothing.

Maybe that's because I'm Asian (most GM goers are Asian).
