Was planning on wearing P3 FeMC on Saturday anyway, I'll try to see if I can make the gathering! :>

Gathering has been confirmed for Friday 5:00pm at G5!

This year G5 is at the "Idea tree" which I believe is the tree-like structure in the middle of the front entrance. Those also attending the Disney gathering the hour before simply need to walk up from the grass steps and you should be able to see us immediately.

We're a month away, very excited to see everyone!

Hi! I'm planning on hosting a "Disney Twisted Wonderland" gathering this year. If you're returning to host the Disney gathering for 2023, I'd love to know what time and location you're thinking of assuming it's on a Friday again. I imagine it'd be convenient for the Twist gathering to be after the Disney gathering for anyone that wants to attend both.

I'm so glad to see that this gathering is back on, I was planning to wear Anzu to Fanime! Is there any estimate on potential dates/times yet? :)

Hello! I'm checking for interest whether or not to still hold the Vocaloid gathering for 2022. How comfortable is everyone with attending gatherings at cons? Are you still going, or intend to skip them? Due to Covid still existing, it will likely be an outdoor, masks-on gathering and we may skip the large group photos. As I am still concerned for everyone's health, I am wondering if it's best to just cancel.

Please let me know. As of now, I have not received much feedback so I am seriously considering canceling the gathering due to lack of interest.

I'd honestly prefer it to be either postponed to summer/fall or just cancelled with preordered badges refunded or honored for next year. Of course I'm going to be bummed out to miss a chance to see friends, but this is a safety/health concern and it's going to be hard to enjoy the con even if we're allowed back outside. The situation will still be all too recent.

I'm a gathering host and will try to advise everyone to spread out during photos, but I can't say I'm comfortable running my gathering/attending other gatherings under these conditions.

Hi! I've submitted the gathering application and am aiming for Saturday around 4:00pm. I'll update again once we're approved.

Also we are keeping an eye out for Fanime announcements regarding the COVID-19 situation. If Fanime is still held Memorial Day weekend, please be aware that people may not feel comfortable standing too close during group photos. Because of this, please especially make sure it's okay with another cosplayer if you want to pose holding hands, hugging, picking someone up, etc. (It's possible we might discourage this behavior, we are still deciding.)

This is truly an unusual situation, but we will do our best to make this gathering still work. In the meantime please try to stay safe and make smart decisions, not just for your own health but for the health of others.

One week away!

It was brought to our attention that there was a request to do something in honor of wowaka during the gathering. (For anyone that hasn't heard, he passed away earlier this year.) However I'm not terribly sure what we could do. Everybody singing along to Rolling Girl was suggested, but I don't think everyone is able to sing in Japanese (I know I can't ^^; ).

If anyone has any ideas that will fit within the gathering's time limit, please feel free to suggest them. I know in past years somebody would occasionally bring speakers to the gathering to play music off of, so if anyone plans to do that again this year then please consider throwing in a few wowaka songs. Thank you!

I saw Fanime put out a tentative gathering list on FaceBook, but I didn't see Fire Emblem on it. I hope everything's just getting sorted out, but I'm eager to find out the confirmed time >.<
