Here's what I have so far:

Alice, March hare (female) and myself as one of the card guards with a modified/modern look.  I'm trying to bring more people so that we represent the four symbols in a deck of cards, I'm also working on getting a queen and a white rabbit.

With that said, I'm waiting on a reply to see if my version of the guards are acceptable for the con, so hopefully I can give you a definite answer soon.

I believe I saw someone suggest Monday as a day which would work well for me too since I don't have much planned for then, if so then I can attend as Boris Airay from Heart No Kuni No Alice :) I'm planning to do him with a few friends so maybe if they don't have any Monday plans I'll try and get them to attend as well.

OK, so Im having a bit of problems. Monday might be bad because by noon, people check out of hotels, which means we will have problems. Is Sunday alright? What do you all think?
