Alas, I'm awaiting final confirmation on another offer for the turntable. My figurines and japanese toys (figma and revoltech) are in a portable storage container (one of those pods) so it's a bit difficult to get into in a short amount of time. I'll see what I can do tomorrow morning but I have plenty of free time on tues.

Can I still get a picture of the turntable....? So maybe I can make an offer afterwards?

I'm interested in the turntable for PS2, can you take a picture a picture of it and post it here, if it's the one I'm looking for then I will gladly take it off your hands. I have a plastic one, but the buttons stick.
And may I also request a picture of your Ino and Wang Liu Mei figurine?

Also, i have decided to have this gathering at 2:30 on Saturday. Does anyone have any problems with this? Now we just need to decide where to have this meeting.

I would really prefer Sunday, but I guess if we must do it on Saturday, a time in the late afternoon or evening would be fine with me. I have some gatherings in the afternoon on Saturday which will roughly end around 4:30 ): so idk. But I would still try my best to go.

It's not the WBC that protests at Fanime, just a different bunch of religious nuts. They did, however, protest Comic-Con last year for "worshipping false idols." False idols, in this case, being Superman and Batman.

I understand that, but would they be doing this for the same reason of "worshipping false idols?"

And apparently, they're against awesomeness from what I learned.

I feel like I'm repeating myself for the umpteenth time, but I'd like to request Perfume. I'll probably request them every year until they actually attend. They give such amazing live performances that I think even non-anime fans would enjoy.

I AGREE.

They're a group of natural beauties who work hard and dance in high heels. They're admired by housewives in Japan and don't appear to be superficial compared to more mainstream groups like... Korean girls groups or AKB48, even though I know some of them have good morals.

They are hypocrites in many way but since they're Calvinist, a lot of the hateful things they do relates to how Calvinist (a type of protestant) acted back in The 16th century.
They not only hate homosexuals, they also have a strong hate for Catholicism, Protestantism, Eastern Orthodoxy, Islam, Hinduism, and Judaism.

They also believes "that Barack Obama is the Antichrist, and that he forms an Unholy Trinity with Satan and Pope Benedict XVI, who they believe is the False Prophet."

Sorry for the bump, just hoping to keep the thread updated/active. :3 What's the gathering status? It doesn't seem like things are being updated so I just sorta want to make sure that everything is still a go.

Yeah. D: That's kinda worrysome... Should we maybe wait another week or so to give her the benefit of the doubt before figuring out a new organizer and whatnot?

I have just sent her an email about this and I hope she responds back soon, I'll send a copy of the email to her on deviant art as well since it seems she has been active there. I told her we would still love for her to run the gathering, but if she is too busy to handle it, I would be overjoyed to help and assist running this gathering. So all we need to do is to wait for her reply :3

That would be nice :D it would take more time, but I'm sure a fair amount of people would not mind since each individual has a turn. Or maybe we can do a group for the extra characters with the Vocaloid pairings they were with for the MV characters too.

I think the best idea is for them to have their own group photoshoot indeed! ^^

Group Photo for Entire Gathering
Group Photos for Each Character
Couples
Requests
And maybe another group photo

What about characters who aren't vocaloids?

Like BRS or Dead Master?

Yes and kind of ~ I also mean supporting characters from music videos like the boy from Rolling Girl and, in my case, the boyfriend from Just Be Friends.  Or the father from Paper Planes! :D

Ugh I really dislike people like that, which is the main reason I avoid the video rooms most very often.
