Freedom on the internet is being threatened by Virgin Media's new CEO, Neil Berkett, who called net neutrality a "load of bullocks". He has admitted that Virgin ISP is allowing faster internet access to media websites that are paying Virgin Media, and conversely slowing down access to websites who are not paying Virgin.

This could indefinitely limit freedom of speech on the internet and access to the communications and media that we want. It might not do too much against us right now, but imagine what this could snowball into a few years down the road.

Let's nip this problem in the ass now, /b/rothers. Oldfag or newfag, we won't even have the chans if we don't do something now.

Just downloaded and watched the first episode.

Needless it seems to fit the whole Macross formula.

Character intro -> Mysterious New Enemy -> Concert + Attack on New Enemy -> Shock and Awe + New Mecha designs -> Moar plz?

Pilot Episode aired back in December and the series itself does not start until April 3, 2008.

As we near this last month in the Zero Hour... There is one singular thing that can hamper, if not ruin, a cosplayers dreams...

Yes... I'm talking about that little bit of extra pudgy junk that you may feel is still floating around your midsection... It was never there before, but now it's all you notice when trying on your costumes...

So, now I ask...

What are your Cosplay Countdown Diet Secrets?

I commissioned a wineglass to be painted with the likeness of "L" from Death Note sunday afternoon. I was going to go back to pick it up, but my roomies personal drama got the best of me and I never made it back to her table.

So here I am with an ordered wine glass floating around an artists commisioned wares. $7 in merchandising missing. And no way to contact this person.

That's where you happy board people come in.

I need her contact info. I know for a fact that she was the only person in the dealers room who was painting wine glasses for $7 a glass. She had blondish hair and also painted Shotglasses.

This is a bit of a longshot but if you people could produce an e-mail or website, that would be absolutely awe inspiring. Many thanks. *Bows deeply*

Hmm... Airsoft.

I suggest some sort of Airsoft type of event during the convention.

Maybe on the roof of one of the hotels, or in one of the larger convention halls. That would be pretty cool.

Besides, you can almost picture it... STARS vs The Hellsing Organization.

I Promise that I will finally have decent cosplays.
I Promise that I will have a fan panel about the myths, history, and dangers of Glomping. As well as how to do them properly.
I promise that I will not throw myself into a crazy debt in the dealers room...
