Hello! Glad to see this one come back again this year! I came last year as Dead Fantasy Namine (the one with the wings & both keyblades because I apparently don't do anything halfway lol)

I actually have a Coco Adel cosplay I can bring this year as well for RWBY if I'm able to get there in time (I'm coming on Saturday due to a prior engagement on Friday evening out of town)... I'm torn on which one to bring if I'm able to make it...

If you haven't officially picked a time, the later the better on Saturday or any time Sunday would be great, but if it is Saturday morning I'll do my best to be there if traffic allows.

I cosplayed as Arrietty from The Secret World of Arrietty/The Borrower Arrietty on Friday night and most of Saturday. I had a sugar cube and a pin sword I usually pulled out of my belt for photos. I also was Rhyme from The World Ends With You for most of Sunday and probably was found sitting in Artist Alley with my friends at their booth that had Harry Potter scarves. If anyone got any pictures of me, I'd love to see them! ^^

I cosplayed as Arrietty from The Secret World of Arrietty/The Borrower Arrietty on Friday night and most of Saturday. I had a Styrofoam sugar cube and a pin sword I usually pulled out of my belt for photos. On Saturday I was also probably seen walking around with a brown haired Cid Highwind from Final Fantasy VII. I was Rhyme from The World Ends With You for most of Sunday and probably was found sitting in Artist Alley with my friends at their booth that had Harry Potter scarves. If anyone got any pictures of me, I'd love to see them! ^^

Damn, if it is Friday night, I can't make it D: I have Swap Meet set up and opening between 5-8PM, plus selling until 11, and potentially Speed Dating if they gave me Friday night...I really wanted to get a picture with someone as Beat too... :(

Hello!

So, as I have a larger group than I've ever had before, I've booked two rooms at the Hilton for the first time (always went to Crowne Plaza before that). However, when I tried to book them at the same time through the Housing website to have them be connected (because we want to get connecting rooms), I couldn't make multiple reservations work... I managed to still book both rooms separately (to make sure we had rooms regardless), but is there any way that I can still get these connected? I saw it said not to call the hotels directly for changes...

If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it!

Well, I'd like to say I'm a minimalist, but I'm a cosplayer, so.....XD

Though even with that, I usually am able to limit myself to one medium-large sized suitcase and one small carry on when it comes to clothes/cosplay, plus my purse and food (read: junk food) contribution. My friends and I have been rooming together for Fanime for about 5 years, so we each have things that we bring to share to save room (mostly to avoid 4 identical copies of things we only need one of). Planning for Fanime is a year long process! XD
However, this year my careful planning may go out the window, since I am bring 3 cosplays this year instead of my usual 1 lol

Unfortunately, I had to resort to the evil that is IE to get my room booked. I was in shock that my lovely FireFox, which has hardly ever caused me a problem, actually got beaten out by something that *shudder* IE could do. I promptly fled back to FF when I was done lol

I have some interspersed pictures of the groups from the gathering! As hot as it was, it was still quite fun!^^

My friend and I will most likely return as Belarus and Hungary for 2011, though I don't know about our Ukraine since she's moved to Alabama...but the two of us should be there :3

I'll be Belarus and I'll have a Hungary and possibly a Ukraine with me! ^^

I officially have a Hungary coming with me, and now maybe a Ukraine. But Hungary for sure! ^^

Without a doubt, if miracles could happen I'd LOVE to see YUI, the brilliant green/Tomoko Kawase (Tommy February/Heavenly), SNoW (I think she goes by Yukie now), or HY. Crazy choices probably, but a girl can dream lol
