i don't think anyone is cosplaying It's usually like a social gathering but well worth the fun

I really like the ornament idea :) I think that would be a lot of fun (I can only imagine some of the stuff people would come up with just for kicks XD )
I live in Livermore so it wouldn't be too hard, I'm just not sure if/when I work that night (I serve/bartend at a restaurant that gets PARTICULARLY busy during December -- otherwise, I usually have Saturdays off :/ )
So put me down for a maybe until I get my schedule :)

That's a good point. If everyone there is 14 then I'm sure someone here who might be 30+ might feel uncomfortable.

Awesome, so Sarah and I are somewhere inbetween that demographic. But then again, Ryu is one of the older members of the forums, and it's still a small majority for that age. Also, I'm pretty sure she can bite anyone, anytime, anywhere. ;D

its only about three and a half miles from the BART to the house.. mebbe if i'm not working on saturday i'll throw y bike on the bart and come out.
there;s a bart station in dublin/pleasanton and that's REALLY close to where i live, if that's an option
