Type Moon /Fate series Gathering 2016!
This Gathering Includes and welcomes characters from the various additions to the growing Fate/series (fate/stay night, Fate/Zero, Grand order etc), as well as others included in the world of Type Moon.
Day : Saturday
Time : 3pm-4pm

Legal Statement-Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

UPDATE: I decided to go ahead and submit to make the gathering official for a main gathering, I'm more than willing to do some offsite shoots with people too,
Curious to as if anyone would be interested in a Type Moon and/or Fate gathering.
I have no experience running a gathering myself, but if some people are interested and willing to help that'd be great.
I'm planning on wearing Saber Lily from Fate/unlimited codes either Saturday or Sunday myself.
Even if just a couple people want to meet up for a couple photos that'd be great too!

I'm glad people are interested! At this point it looks like there are limited spots open for official gatherings, and leaving Monday as the most likely slot and I know people tend to leave earlier than not on Monday.
I am planning on wearing Saber on Saturday if anyone else is willing to meet up that day! We can do something small and unofficial even.

I'm thinking about hosting a Fate gathering on Sunday. I'll be going as Blue Armored Saber!
Saturday would be best cause Sunday I'm attending masquerade.
And that requires most of my time.

Hey guys, could it actually be possible to do something Sunday? I just found out about this and I think I might be able to get my Rider cosplay together in time...but the only day I have free is gonna be Sunday... ;~;

Saturday @ 3pm sounds pretty good.
Of course I need to figure out my schedule, but I will try to make it then.
And I think two meet ups is fine especially for those who can't make it Saturday.
Saturday at 3pm works for me! Saturday is always my day for my larger costumes. If there's a second meet up on Sunday I might be able to swing that too, just maybe without my armor.

I'm not too certain on submitting it to be official, mostly because most of the time spots are filled already.

Location wise, there's a lot of nice outdoor spots to the right and left of the con center entrance.
I'd be interested in Saturday at 3 pm too. Planning on fate/hollow ataraxia Gilgamesh. I know about 1-4 other people also doing fate + 1 potential photographer, will try to get them to tag along, but otherwise if we spread the word to fate people we see I think we can get a small group.
Best spot for unofficial gathering for 20+ people would probably be across the street in the park as all the good shooting spots next to con will be taken by official gatherings. But we should meet inside the con cause if we end up being a small group, we can probably squeeze into a lot of walls inside/close to the con without walking across the street.

You can make the gathering official, just not that you have an unofficial on I have to point you offsite unfortunately. I will work with you on a timeslot and a place, I promise I can work with you....

For the official gathering the local isn't set yet, but I requested it for the area to the left hand side of the front of the con center (Marriott side), in that area with the trees and the concrete wall
