For those not aware, the panels application for 2020 is now live.

Glad to sort everything out.  They try to remove no longer relevant information when they switch to a new year, but things fall through the cracks. 

I'll try to post here when the form goes live.

Hi everyone,

The information posted saying submissions are closed for 2020 is inaccurate.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  I'm afraid that 2019 was replaced with 2020.  We will try to have the site fixed.  We have not yet opened submissions for 2020.  We are in the process of finalizing the forms and hope to have it online by the end of 2019, though it may be as late as January 2020.

Where do we upload pictures for the staff badges this year?  In the past there was a site, but this year we're sticking to forums, twitter, and email, so I'm not sure.
