I've got a question for notification of when the dates will be up... I know a lot of the normal announcements get routed through the main page and the twitter account. Will the AA announcement be made through these venues as well? That would certainly help with the notification period, because you can have twitter route directly to your phone. With a text message even so you don't need an internet data plan.

Just a thought. That way people away from the computer can still get notified?

I tried, but I received the error that the email address failed to delivery. (Yes I changed AT to an @ and DOT to a . ;) )

Yay! I want to say right off the bat, WOOHOO! REGISTRATION'S FINALLY OPEN!

Now my next question is, when do they normally open up the sign up's for tables in the artist's ally? This will be my first year trying to claim one (or two, depends), and I want to be sure I don't miss the chance. I'm sure they fill fast.

Any ideas? Or is this another one of those wait in the dark kind of situations?

This is going to sound totaly odd, (not the request itself, but the material...) but i'm looking for a picture that someone took. :0


My group of friends and I were walking around with grey capes from our guild in GuildWars. For a moment, i was kneeling down by the window with the red fox tail i happened to be wearing and some random guy stopped and took a picture of us sitting there, then walked off without saying anything. xD

I know chances are slim, but if it's at all possible, i'd like to get my hands on that picture. :) Thanks for you help in advance!




-In notice, the tail i was wearing was a natural one. So it wasn't the solid red/white tails that were being sold in the dealers/artists room. Bought it at a ren-fair so it looks like a real one. thanks! -

One suggestion: Don't ever make the Tabletop gaming room that small ever again lol.

Amen to that. Just walking by that room with the door open was enough to make people's skin melt off...

I'm going to be cosplaying for my first year in 2007. Hopefully my obsession with not going cheap on materials won't get the better of me and leave costumes unfinished. xD

2. Matsumoto Ranjiku (Bleach)
3. Tsunade (Naruto)

And i may even end up doing a costume for my Mesmer character in Guild Wars. Cape and all!

Lesse... I've been going to Fanime for a few years now and have finally decided to getting around to an actual cosplay.

You guys can go ahead and plan on me going as Tsunade for now. :0 It's still way in advance, and i haven't started yet... lol my biggest problem is i absolutly refuse to go cheap on the materials. xD

So we'll see how far i can get done in a year. :3
