I purchased a figure of one of my cosplays to be created as a 3D figure from the Duplicant booth but have yet to hear anything from them.
It appears other people have had problems with this booth as well, so does anyone know of a contact email or something so we can try contacting them? I tried messaging their facebook page but I don't know if they check that page often, or if any Fanime staff sees this posts, if someone from Fanime has any information about them or something to verify that they are still working on the models and intend of shipping them out soon.
