Unfortunately I wanted to let you know that as per Covid safety protocols, we cannot have gatherings at G2 or G3. See post from our head here: https://m.facebook.com/1320014864682163/posts/5808004189216519/?d=n

If you are looking for a smaller gathering spot, there is plenty of open Friday times for G4, which is the area just outside the Marriott. Historically the gathering has been at G9, the park with the statue across the street (because the gathering used to be humongous lol).

Hey all! I recently asked my Cosplay Gatherings squad this on Discord, but I was interested if anyone here has go to, low-prep con food they typically bring with them for the weekend. Right now I'm considering Larabars and a couple cans of Mr. Boyardee to get me started.

As far as I know, the convention will not be 24 hours this year. I heard somewhere there would be a closing time of around 2:00 AM, but don't quote me on that.

My only question would be the logistics. Would it be like a panel, or a revolving door activity where participants can come and go?

For a second I was sure it had something to do with minors sneaking in, but I can understand how phones could be a bad thing too (basically the same as having it out during a movie).
