I could be off about this, but last year I believe Fanime started a cosplayers hangout down at the Hilton which was for the purpose of cosplayers resting, hanging out in general, and some costume repair supplies. Might want to look into that if they're still having it!

As of yet we're not picky on time or location- I won't be in AT cosplay but my friend is coming as Fiona! :) Hopefully this takes off and is a bunch of fun~ :D

I don't think we'll be able to make the Friday gathering but my friend's bringing a Fionna cosplay to Fanime so if there is a second gathering Saturday or the like she'd definitely be interested :)

My friend has an amazing Derpy quadsuit that he's invested much time and money into that he's just finishing and he's really sad he can't make it! Wow, I don't think I've been on the Forums in almost a year! @__@' How is everyone?

Do you (the staff) supplement the list with any more traditional/popular/teaching sorts of music or are we free to suggest a few? (Such as "Jump, Jive, & Wail" for swing, "Smooth" for Cha Cha etc.) As neat as the playlist is every year, as a raw beginner I like hearing some of the stuff taught to- or does that go against the point of the ball? ^^'

I am considering dressing as Mad Eye.

Aww, I wanted to dress up as Hermione but couldn't get everything I needed in time, so I've settled with a HP scarf and jacket, a "Hedwig" plush and painted my nails Gryffindor colors :P Oh! And a scrolling badge that I've written some HP stuff into. :D
