didnt get an email but decided to check my reservation i got teh AC hotel. it was literally my last choice on the waiting list.
oh well cant complain

i checked twitter by searching "fanime waitlist"  and from what i can tell SOME people have gotten off the waitlist as early as march and as late as this past week.

Pros: -floor 6 corner room near the stairs
       -big and spacious and it was a single bedroom too! :D

Cons:
-the people rooming next door to me were loud and rude!
if the people rooming next door to me somehow read this i have something to say: you are all a bunch of annoying assholes who needs to learn to show some respect to the people in the next room over. what do you accomplish by banging on the wall and screaming and partying at 3 in the morning? you might not need to sleep but i do. be a little more considerate to others

I hope this isn't too petty of a question, but here it goes.

After reading this thread VERY carefully, I decided to change my final song.  My problem is I want to sing the English version of "Yakusoku no Basho" from Final Fantasy XIII-2, but I have the instrumental for the Japanese version.  They sound extremely similar, but the English version has a slight R&B sound to it.  Would I be allowed to use the Japanese instrumental to sing the English version?

This is assuming I make it as far as the finals of course.  =P

Lol! What a coincidence! There's no instrumental to new world though. So I'm thinking about just learning yakusoku no basho and add more power in my voice. :P

The guy you're referring to isn't the same guy that got the Midnight Gathering disbanded last year by bringing a megaphone, is it?  ;;;

I'd be willing to run a gathering as well as a midnight one too if people were interested.  I've run a few Ace Attorney gatherings in my time so I know how it goes.
