Killingfloor is on Steam. People abbreviate it as KF. I've become addicted to it more than any other game I've ever played(which says alot through my 23 years of continuous gaming-life).
Custom maps, MMO/Solo, Perks/ Weaps, Customization of stufff...

Yeah, and add mutators to change the specimens to look like they're cosplaying. It's pretty sweet how you could mod the maps,sounds,etc...

also, ammo would be changed to look like boxes of pocky and instead of med-guns, you have bottles of Ramune.
I have no programming skills but I'm willing to help beta test it! That sounds amazingly fun!

That's ok. I'm a comp sci major. But if you have any graphic design talent, that'd be awesome. Working on skins would take me a while...
