We have our time and place. Saturday at 2:00 at G8
Also, last years gathering was saturday at 11:00. I'd be glad if it could be on the same day but a later time because I might not be at anime till 2:30. I was thinking around 3:00 - 3:30 but if 11:00 is the only available time That's fine by me.
Working on a King Hassan cosplay. Not sure if it will be done in time but I'm still looking at attending the gathering if times work out.
Ok I guess I shouldn't add you to the known cosplayers yet since you don't know when you'll be done. Either way thank you for responding and I hope you can come either way.

Hey hey~ I saw on Fb that you mentioned you submitted for both Friday and Saturday Afternoon. Was there a specific time in the afternoon(s) you preferenced?
Also, most likely be attending the gathering as Atalanta F/Apo Hype! :D
I was thinking around 2pm for Friday and Saturday. Although Saturday works best for me.
My fiance is working on an Olga-Marie cosplay. She will be unavailable Friday so it'd be great if we can manage a Saturday gathering, but I'm down for both days to accommodate those that can't make it on one day or the other as well.
I've just finished Hassan's sword; just need to paint it. Working on the mask now. Making good progress and I'm hopeful I'll be done in time but worst case scenario I'll cover my body with tattered black cloth and cosplay his first form haha.

Hey Olin~
For the shoot order, I would suggest doing a group photo at the beginning and one more at the end~ (For those that can only be there at the beginning and for those that come later).
Also, prob include FGO, and FGO 2: Cosmos in the Lostbelt, Fate/Extra, and Fate/Extella (+Link)
For the classes, include Ruler, Avenger, Moon Cancer, Alter Ego, Beast, and Foreigner
Although it being a fate specific gathering, just be on standby for Type-Moon peeps in general in case they do pop by. Good to be inclusive~

Just an update:
In true con fashion, I've completed Hassan just in time. He's not perfect; I've taken many ghetto paths to accomplish something workable and I've yet to actually test how well the whole suit stays together and I can already tell I will be slow moving, but I'll be there!
My s/o is still putting finishing touches on Olga this morning so it's still a maybe at this point.

Day 0 test run was mostly a success.
I can't stay in the suit for long, but I can get around well enough, lol. Broke a spike off but it looks like battle damage and can be fixed easily enough.
S/o and I finished Olga so we'll both be there!
Last year's gathering was so fun. I hope next year's gathering will be great
