I was one of the over a dozen 2018 Putting Challenge winners. Our prize for making four out of five putts on a putting mat was a ticket for 2019 Fanime. I have yet to receive an email from Fanime, I did miss that registration opened in October and should have done more to pursue this, although I sent out an inquiry in September with Steve Young responding but the charity department not. Please respond with an office address for Fanime so I may have my attorney craft and send a formal letter requesting my prize. TIA.

Like I've already noted on the Registration FAQ page, the radio button selection between Fanime and Clockwork Alchemy appeared to requiring a choice between one side or the other, with a separate registration fee required for EACH. Poorly worded question.

Why are we asked to choose between Fanime and Clockwork Alchemy at registration? It definitely gave me pause without a path for an answer. I interpreted it as we had to choose and would only be registered for one and not the other. Went through anyways.
