I went to start the gathering and people had already started it so I just walked off.

Thanks to whoever decided to start fridays gathering early i had other people ask me why it started at 12 instead of 12:30 as listed.

Heck if I know. -___-; I was irritated with that myself. It was stated 12 both on the Gathering board and on the white board. I was wondering why it was at 12- when you said 12:30.

Can't make it to the Sunday gathering but my boyfriend and I will be bringing out scouts on Monday.

I've looked before for a friend from arizona to SF area for yaoi-con... Arizona to Nor-Cal is about a 10-12 hour commute by Amtrak. =/ Best options are to drive or fly.

BUMMER! turns out my boyfriend and i wont be able to make it to fanime until sunday! boo... no gathering for us... meaning we probably wont dress up as them this year

;_; Aww that's sad. But hope to see you around on Sunday never the less.

On another note is everyone ready for con or are you a procrastinator like me and still have costume work to do?

Seems like rain will only be a possibility on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday look marvelous. Not sure about Monday yet. But yeah my only problem is Thursday trying to carry possible wings for Monday on public transit/in rain.

Sounds good. The Mini-gathering will be at the same location- if that is okay?? If not do you have a suggestion? Because I have never been to Fanime before and I know absolutely nothing about the convention center. Haha. That aside- I will be attending both Friday and Saturday (because I have friends who are attending one or the other).

Out of curiosity... ^^; I've never been to Fanime so what does this mean: Location:1FCC LA, I know it's the location but where is this What do the acronyms mean?

1st Floor Convention Center (Lobby Area by center pillar just inside the entrance)

Also SuperCoolPeeps you may want to check in on the cosplay.com thread, several people were asking if there was a meetup on Saturday, I mentioned that there was but since you want to have people let you know if they want to meet at the Saturday meetup (which I agree with you on) you might want to let them know. ^_^
