I`ll be there saturday and mybe sunday. The media and movie related panal is were I send most of the day and 2 or so hours walking the dealers room. Hope to get free movie swag.I`ll probley get up there on Bart between 9am-9:30.

You would be better off going to WonderCon then Sac Anime. The facility that they rent is very small and majority of the dealers are from the bay area anyways. It is almost like a pseudo swap meet in a high school cafeteria. WonderCon does have high quality of delaers, tho both do have bootlegs :(.

Correct! In fact, it's written right there on the Gourmet Race 1 OP.
Also, Gourmet Races 1 and 3 weren't really races, so those particular titles are entirely false.
In the meantime, I'll be researching a couple of things for Gourmet Race 4, which should take place before the end of the year. I'm aiming for a month and a half's advance notice. The only question I'd like to ask is would people rather have this upcoming event be a race (a la GR2), or a test of endurance (a la GR1/3)?
