There are NO changes made from this point on. If your gathering does NOT appear on the list then you did not submit an SR and/or the information is incorrect then I did not see a confirmation post to change anything.

A couple of department updates:

Though I have three staff members taking cosplay photos this year for me, there are NO Department photographers. My staff will be traveling around to different gatherings over the course of the convention, but they are not taking photos like they did in the past.

The Cosplay Hangout has moved from the market room in the Hilton hotel. It is now in the WILLOW GLEN room Marriott hotel on the 2nd floor by the elevators.

This is the largest year in the last ten years with 88 gatherings and 8 cosplayer events.

Ok so I missed the deadline to be on the official gatherings board, I still sent them an email anyways.

Friday, 3pm, at area G5(outside the main entrance to the left)

If we don't get on the official list, we can still meet up. We're not a large group anyways.

Though it won't be on the "official" list I didn't see a conflict for Friday 3pm @ G8 c (which is the tree area outside the convention center by the Marriott hotel and where I believe you want to have this... not G5 which is farther away) You guys can also use one of the tiered platforms inside at that time on Friday. SORRY I couldn't get this to the list :( I have already sent the Official List in for the Fanime side of things.

I also wanted to invite ALL the D-Gray Man cosplayers to my last Shonen Jump gathering on Sunday ~ 3pm ~ G9. Would love to see you come out and represent this title!

My love of Elder Scrolls being what it is I have set an "Official" Gathering for Friday @ 6pm ~ G4 so I hope that all of you can come to it :)

Hi B, I remember I emailed you my Gintama gathering submission info. I requested the time to be at 10:00 am when I emailed you.
I do not see my gathering listed on the official gatherings page here. Is there a problem?

I know this is now resolved but this is EXACTLY why Confirmation is important. Surprised at the number of confirmed considering my master list has OVER 80 gatherings... just saying that once it is closed it's done I need to submit it to Fanime and there are NO changes @ con.

I just happened to notice it when you submitted your URL and I'm sorry I didn't catch it sooner. Please understand that there is still no SR and I am sure you are working on it as I type this. Glad to see the Ace Attorney gathering come back this year. BTW... it only takes 4 people planning to attend for this to be eligible for "official status" so I hope you are thinking about your SR :)

WOW! What a great response! So, wanted to post and invite the JoJo cospeeps to my last Shonen Jump gathering on Sunday @3pm ~ G9.
Nine years ago (when I first took over running SJ) there was only 1 cosplayer from JJBA, but they continued to show up to represent this Jump title so I really hope some of you can come out and represent JJBA at my last Shonen Jump gathering.

I know that many of my fellow FMA Cospeeps can count that this gathering will happen, but sadly this is the last year for me to run the FMA gathering. I do hope to see many of you come out and maybe we can recapture the moments we have had together in some final pictures.

The days are counting down and after missing last year and knowing this is the last time I will host this at Fanime I'm a little sad, but I still want to see ALL THE FF Cospeeps in Final Fantasy style so make sure to tell your friends!

Ok Silver Soul Cosplayers I hope that many of you can come to my farewell Shonen Jump Gathering on Sunday @ 3pm to represent all this Gintama LOVE :) I have been running Jump for ten years and it just wouldn't be right to not have my Silver Souls there too.

I have noticed so many sub gatherings of Jump titles this year and I'm happy to see the enthusiasm return! PLEASE reach out to all the other Jump cospeeps and tell them to come to this one on Sunday too if they can. Want to see it one last time with as much representation as possible!

Also, Hunter X Hunter is a Shonen Jump title and there is a gathering for that Sunday @ 3pm & it came out in 1998 so many of the characters can join in the Old School gathering on Sat or Sun also.
