It's that time again!!
Pretty much the same rules as always!
- Post a variety of types of guests (though there is a MusicFest guests thead)
- Speaking of which, please post MusicFest guests actually in the MusicFest thread! Since it's a different department, that's the easiest way to get them to see your suggestions
- Post guests that Fanime realistically has a chance of bringing out (so no one too big or too expensive or too obscure or too dead or too broken up or that doesn't actually do appearances, etc.)
- Post guests that people will actually want to see
- You can post your ~dream guests~, but keep in mind that not everyone is suitable as a guest for Fanime (so note it in your post if it is less realistic and don't get into fights over whether a guest is reasonable or not -- civil disscussion of the suitability of a guest, fine, "OMG U HAV 2 BRING OUT MALICE MIZER U SUXXORZ IF U HATE ON THEM >:( >:( >:(" is not)
Have fun~~!
Yes, we are up to 8 exclamation points for 8 years of this thread!
I would love for Fanime to bring over Hideaki Anno (snowball's chance in hell until the EVA movies are done, but I'd love it), Mahiro Maeda, or Ichiro Itano.
No, I'm not just saying that because next year will be the 30th anniversary of Daicon IV, why do you ask? <_< >_>
Actually I'm not because I think they'd all be amazing guests unrelated to that.
Edit: Oops my bad.
Well, for guest I would love to see the fashion designer Hirooka Naoto. He has a store in SF Japantown. I was hoping for him to come to Fanime this year since he has a booth in the dealers hall.
For voice actors, I would really love to see Hiroki Takahashi.

Golden Bomber!!! They've done the ending song for one of the Yugioh series. They're also familiar with cons.
Also Nightmare! They were planning to come to Fanime at one point but couldn't make it due to scheduling. I think they'd be the perfect act, since they've done a lot of anime songs.
As was noted MusicFest guests are handled separately and they will put their thread up when they are ready.

+stickied.
Hahaha...Is Hiromu Arakawa out of question? ; A; I'll wish for her every year.
I'd like to see a few more seiyuu as well; I'm open to whoever. xD
I really liked Koyama Shigeto this year! :)
I was wondering if you guys could get Akiakane (Aki Akane/ 秋赤音) as a guest for Fanime 2013.
She's a PV artist who does the music videos for really popular Vocaloid songs such as wowaka's "Rolling Girl" (reached over 1mil views on Youtube) , "Rosetta", "Out of Eden", and "Migikata no Chou." She also does artwork for the bands Ikemen and PointFive. Akiakane is only 19, so she will certainly bring life to the convention.
In addition to art, she sings and has recently made her debut under the single ANtiNotice, which makes her a possible MusicFest guest as well. Her style has earned her the nickname of "Screaming Cinderella" on Nico Nico Douga, where she has over 1 million followers.
She has done conventions before, such as Japan Expo in France, so she is experienced. She is also going to HEX (Hawaii Entertainment Expo) this October according to her facebook page.
You guys can contact her and her staff easily via her twitter or Facebook.
(Twitter: _akiakane

Please consider getting her as a guest, it would be like having a singer and an artist at the same time.
Thanks.
While I feel that my suggestion will be a total long shot and all (additionally might not fit) but with how we have some panels/videos that go into gaming, I wanted to make a suggestion of Shinya Arino from Gamecenter CX/Retro Game Master.
I would also suggest a few more English VAs
I want Yoshiki to come back again! MMHMM.
I would love to suggest Kanata Hongo come over as a guest! He played the roles of Nishi from Gantz, and Ryoma from Prince of Tennis.
Jun Fukuyama!! ;A;
Doug Walker, aka the Nostalgia Critic. He loves to do cons and I've read he's an excellent guest.
Get m-flo! Fat chance, I know, but it's worth a shot!
Vic Mignogna ha ha ha ha ha (we've wondered every year why we can't get him).
Kentaro Miura. He has a new movie trilogy, based on Berserk, which just started being released in Japan, and I think Viz licensed all of them.
Masamune Shirow. Always. With his new Appleseed XII anime he is still relevant.
Never know, but I hope they bring nico touches the wall. They just made FMA Brotherhood's OP too epic. It'll be more epic live too. ;)

@topic: I say we get Laura Baily! She's going to be sac-anime's summer guest again so let's try to get some smaller con guests to make fanime home to ALL sorts of guests instead of always trying to get high rated J-pop singers or anime studio directors

I vote Angry Joe. Would love to hear his takes on current games and whatnot.
Ohhh nvm XD
I want Spiral Cats cosplay team, or at least Miyuko <3
1) Kat McDowell!!! { http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/KAT }
I simply adore her music! And she might be easier to get to come to fanime than most other artists.
2) Nana Mizuki?! <3
3) Big Bang (though I know that won't happen... :'D )
4) Gackt (another dream... but he HAS shown in LA....)
5) Dir en Grey
6) Gazette
.... LOL I should stop... these are only dreams, now... x'D
I would like to remind people that this thread is NOT for MusicFest guests. Once MusicFest is ready to start taking suggestions they will start their own thread.
Kind of a long shot but Aaron Dismuke(Alphonse from FMA, Ourie from Shikabane Hime and Yo from Deadman Wonderland).
Rumiko Takahashi. Yes, I realize it is not going to happen, and one wonder's if the wealthiest woman in Japan could even be afforded, but think of just how many people from all over the country/world would make the journey to Fanime Con to see her. It could be a great investment.
Yun Kouga. I absolutely love her work. Wonderful story telling and wonderful illustration.
I think we should invite WongFu from youtube :D and since they are a fan of anime and have been to anime expo as attendees and such it would be great to invite them over as guest of honor to experience a norcal convention. A lot of companies had invited them such as Funimation so it would also be a great way to promote Fanime and maybe have them hold their own panel to talk about their films and well videos on youtube? I would love to meet them in person and they are pretty big well atleast on youtube mainly towards the asian community idk but its just a suggestion.. i personally would really think its cool to have them come to fanime for next year <3

Hashimoto Miyuki 橋本 みゆき
Mami Kawada 川田まみ
anyone from AKB48
Takagaki Ayahi 高垣 彩陽

Industry reps and industry presence from Capcom, Namco Bandai, Nintendo, EA, indy game companies, etc

This is impossible. THis isn't even a "long shot" it's an impossibility. He doesn't even do JP appearances, he doesn't like appearing in public and stated he won't do so multiple times through out his career.
-Kazue Katoh (mangaka for Blue Exorcist - http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=2197)
-Norio Wakamoto (most epic male seiyuu ever - http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=954)
-Hiroshi Shiibashi (mangaka for Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan - http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=5831)

Mamoru Yokota is always amazing and Shigeto Koyama was really awesome this year too, so I'd love to see them at Fanime again!
Maybe AVGN James Rolfe could.come on down hopefully his movie will be finished by next year. Also maybe you guys can bring back little kuriboh and bennet the sage also a few more people from.TGWTG like spoony and the nostalgia critic. That would be so awesome.
Mangaka is all I really want XD
- Ume Aoki (author of Hidamari Sketch and character designer of Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
- Morinaga Milk (author of Girl Friends)
- Yuki Midorikawa (author of Natsume's Book of Friends)
Also, anyone from the video game company Vanillaware (they made Odin's Sphere) would be AWESOME.

FUNimation has had a presence at FanimeCon in the past, though I can't say I remember seeing them in the dealers room these past few years. It's not about us inviting them. If they want to come, they can come. All they have to do is register for the con and for a panel. You should try telling THEM that you want them to come to FanimeCon. =)

Definite must, at least Crispin Freeman, Daisuke Ono and Hiroshi Kamiya. I've never seen any of these wonderful people in person and would love to meet them at fanimecon. ^_^
My guests list for next year is still the same as last year! :D
The following people are who I am hoping will make an appearance.
For English Voice Actors:
- David Hayter
- Johnny Yong Bosch
- Kate Higgins
- Crispin Freeman
- Quinton Flynn
- Michelle Ruff
For Japanese Voice Actors:
- Maaya Sakamoto
For manga artisit and video game creator:
- Hideo Kojima
- Bisco Hatori ( I <3 OHSHC, favorite manga of all time! ^____^)
- Matsuri Hino
- Kagami Yoshimizu
And lastly, as a musical appearance, Dir En Grey and Utada Hikaru! :3
Also, one more thing, please don't delay the guest of honors for Fanime 2013. :( I'm really hoping to see at least ONE of the people on my guest list suggestions.
I only care about Japanese animation/game artists and mangaka, so, that's all I'm asking for. I'm indifferent to musical guests, and could care less about US industry people. I'm not a dub fan, so they don't appeal to me.
That being said, in short, I really don't care who you snag as long as they're laid back, love being with their fans, and want to draw for their fans. If money's an issue, a mangaka whose title hasn't been released in the US or even some key animators from production studios would be nifty. Or maybe an artist who hit their prime 1-3 decades ago and hasn't done anything since. A lot of times, these people are very talented, but because of their age or the standard "manga-publisher-owns-everything" arrangement, they're relatively unknown in the US.
But if I were to be as unrealistic as possible, I'd love to see -
Mangaka / Doujin -
Naoko Takeuchi (yup..pipe dream..)
Arina Tanemura
Shoko Conami
Rui Araizumi
Matsuri Hino
Natsumi Ando
Alpha
Rumiko Takahashi
Aya Shouto
Haruto Ikezawa
Rei Toma
Bisco Hatori
Kaworu Watashiya (I would love to go to an 18+ panel with mangaka of 'Kodomo no Jikan')
Anime -
Yone Kazuki
Atsuko Nakajima
Yoshiyuki Sadamoto
Takahiro Yoshimatsu (he was pretty spiffy at Fanime 2011)
Yoshihito Nishimura
Ikuko Ito
Chiho Saito
Kazumi Tamagai
Kazuko Tadano
Kumiko Takahashi
Hiromi Kato
Keigo Sasaki
Kazuchika Kise
And of course, I'd still love to see Mamoru Yokota there, and even FLOW. They feel like such staples at Fanime now that it doesn't quite seem like Fanime without them around. If Yokota comes back, I seriously hope that we can have the Yokota Special Auction again and increase his 18+ panel to 2 hours.
Please Consider:
Japanese Guests: Kana Hanazawa, Marina Inoue, Yoko Hikasa, Fumiko Orikasa, and Mamoru Miyano.
American Guests: Rob Paulsen, Jennifer Hale, Tara Strong and D.C Douglas.
Manga Artists: Matsuri Hino
Kyle Herbert and Lauren Landen

I think Andrew Hussie would be a more suitable guest for something like WonderCon or APE as opposed to an anime convention, personally
A few more guests that would be incredible to have at Fanime:
-Takahiro Arai - Mangaka -Works: Darren Shan, AR∀GO
-Toshiaki Iwashiro - Mangaka - Works: Mieru Hito, Pysren
-Juuzou Kawai - Mangaka - Works: Takama-Ga-Hara (new artist, just started in Weekly Shonen Jump/Jump Alpha)
I would totally love Cyril Lumboy of Dolldelight to be a guest!

Cristina Vee. Saw her at Animation On Display and she's great. ^^
i would like Parle Productions to come!!! :D their cosplaying videos are quite funny and in some cases Inspiraring. <3
Tetsuya Kakihara
Katsuyuki Konishi
Yukari Fukui
Marina Inoue
Arisa Ogasawara
Mariya Ise
Kōji Ishii
Hiroyuki Yoshino
Yuka Komatsu
Ayumi Fujimura

I have one request, and only one request:
Hirohiko Araki
best known as the author of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, one of the longest-running manga in Weekly Jump history (now being serialized in its eighth arc in Ultra Jump). The anime just started airing in Japan last week, and upcoming next year in the summer is a brand new video game. His comic has been published by Viz, the OVA of the third manga arc brought to the US, the fighting game just got re-released on PSN and Xbox Live, one of his shorter standalone works was recently published in the US, and his artwork has been featured in the Louvre and used to advertise for Gucci Japan. He's a truly legendary artist whose work influenced almost all shounen manga from the 1990s and later, and is said to be very kind. More importantly for Fanime, oh my goodness are JoJo fans hardcore. It's a smaller fanbase than something like Bleach or Naruto, but if you brought over Araki, you wouldn't just get local fans; you'd get fans from other parts of the country, and most likely other countries altogether. I personally know 10+ people who have JoJo tattoos, if that gives you an idea. I'll try and see how many other people I can find who would do whatever they can to go to Fanime if you were to get Araki, to come here and share that information.
Totally seconding the Hirohiko Araki request!!!
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a fantastic manga, it's having an anniversary and an anime of its earlier stories is currently airing in Japan, I don't see how you could find a better guest than Hirohiko Araki.
3rd for Hirohiko Araki
Everybody loves Jojo!
I'm also all for Hirohiko Araki. I'd come all the way over from Florida for it!
Having Hirohiko Araki come to fanime would be the most amazing thing ever!
I would actually save my money and go to San Jose from North Carolina to see Hirohiko Araki, my muse.
I would love to see Erin Fitzgerald at Fanime.
I would totally fly from Nebraska to see Araki! I know people from all over the world who would pay for the chance to see him!!
Hiro Mashima would be awesome.
He is known for Rave Master and his current work Fairy Tail.
The Maine Six VAs:
Tara Strong - Twilight Sparkle
Ashleigh Bell - Rainbow Dash and Applejack
Andrea Libman - Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy
Tabitha St. German - Rarity
MLP isn't Japanese or Anime so why would it be at a anime convention?

Hirohiko Araki would be AMAZING to have at Fanime. My boyfriend recently got me into JJBA, and I know he'd be ecstatic to see him as well.
I'll jump in and say I'd love to see Hirohiko Araki! Like blind51de said there's new anime coming out, also: they just rereleased the old Jojo dreamcast game on XBLA, and there's a new Jojo game coming out next year (dunno if in time to make a tournament at fanime).
(this would also basically guarantee that the dealers would have some jojo artbooks for sale!)
I also second the Hiro Mashima request.
Also, I don't know what sort of stuff the staff does to entice mangaka to come to Fanime, but I'm sure some of them (i.e. Kenichi Sonoda) would like to go shooting...(maybe even break Shirow out of his shell? probably not, but that's the first time I've heard that he's a recluse)
So message Jason David Frank he was the actor who played Tommy in power rangers for those who didnt know, and he said he would love to come to fanime 2013. He just needs the invite. So if you guys want him there cause I know i do email him

OMG, that would be amazing to have Jason David Frank at Fanime 2013! ;D
Seki Tomokazu, Yamaguchi Kappei, Suzumura Kenichi, AAA (band), Seto Koji, Miura Ryosuke, Yusa Koji, Seki Toshihiko, Koyasu Takehito, Miki Shinichiro, and Paku Romi.
Anyone from the Yugioh franchise, but most of all:
Kenjirou Tsuda (VA)
I'm hoping we can get more game industry guests. Reuben Langdon is a fun reoccurring face, but I was exceptionally thrilled the year that Daisuke Ishiwatari and Toshimichi Mori attended. The personal autographs (request sketches!) on the custom posters were awesome, and it would have been even more incredible had they gotten their own panel.
I don't have any celebrities in mind, but Ishiwatari is so iconic among the fighter community...could we get some more iconic designers/developers/composers to Fanime again?
ok. i'd most like to see english voice actors, but here are my votes:
- nolan north.. i wanna meet Deadpool!!
- any of the voice actors from Azumanga Daioh (but i like Chiyo, Osaka and Sakaki the most)
- any of the artists/voice actors from ouran high school host club, boys over flowers, inuyasha, negima, fruits basket, melancholy of haruhi, and those who hunt elves!
- maybe some of the authors of some popular books on anime/manga/cosplay
also, since there is a rather big Marvel/DC cosplay base, maybe some people from comics?
and this is just me, but i'd love to see some wrestlers at Fanime! some of those guys are anime/comic fans as well.. maybe get Colt Cabana to do a podcast/panel there.. maybe Mick Foley or CM Punk could come out..
Since I´ve seen the nostalgia critic brought up a few times, I think we should collectively try to convince him to come. Maybe send a mass of emails to him or make a facebook page or something.
Of course the only actual problem would be that he is not teachnically an anime guest. This seems to be the main factor in a lot of guest ideas being turned down.

Well there is the alternative, inviting the Japanese media related reviewers (ex: JessOtaku, Marzgurl, Suede, Bennett the Sage, Jew Wario, Psychotaku, Psycho Neko)

Well there is the alternative, inviting the Japanese media related reviewers (ex: JessOtaku, Marzgurl, Suede, Bennett the Sage, Jew Wario, Psychotaku, Psycho Neko)
Some of those already come as attendees/panelist, so I´m wondering if NC being a panelist instead of a guest wouldn´t be farfetched. It´d worth a try to at least attempt to ask for him to come that way.
TeamFourStar and YuGiOh Abridged
Great people who have done numerous fantastic episodes of abridging and are the best in the business.

There are a lot of artists that I'd love to meet, but they all stick to the East Coast because West Coast cons never invite them.
Just today, I asked Interrobang Studios (http://www.interrobangstudios.com/index.php) why their convention schedule didn't include any West Coast cons, and I suggested adding Fanime to their con tour. Their response:
QuoteAmber, We're venturing further and further west! This year, we're stretching all the way to St. Louis! If you really want us at your local show, gather a group of friends together and lobby for your convention to invite us as Guests. The more people ask on forums and via email, the more likely the convention will help us make the trip.
This is pretty much the same response I get from every artist or internet celebrity I ask. But I have never seen Fanime's Guest Relations invite anyone but industry professionals. (Except for when LittleKuriboh was in the Dealer's Hall. That was super awesome, even though he wasn't officially listed as a guest.) Why not show a little love to semi-professionals? I imagine inviting a few webcomic artists and internet reviewers is cheaper than just one Japanese guest.
I'm not saying we don't do industry/Japanese guests. Those are still very important. But Fanime is all about "By Fans, For Fans," so maybe it's time to invite a few fans as guests.
(Also, just curious, do staff actually read this thread? Or is it just here to humor us?)
Various Staff do read this thread, but mostly to get an idea of what people would like to see at fanimecon and go from there. It is good that there has been a lot of feedback on what guests people would like to see this year.

Yes I do read this thread and have a database of every guest request made over the year for most of the large cons (over 10k unique requests) in the US. I run statistics on the requests to try and identify what guests both match the requests that are submitted and match what GR wants in a FanimeCon Guest of Honor.
All I ask is simple please get Egorapter and Jontron for a gamegrumps panel and also bring back Bennett the sage and Little Kuriboh. Oh and maybe the Angry Videogame Nerd to talk about his movie.
One name.....J. Michel Tatum!
I would be so happy if he came :D
I want batman (90's) and a voice actor from Tiger and Bunny
Meg Turney! She replied to me on Twitter saying that she would definitely go to fanime as a guest and she is a great person/host/cosplayer :)
-Brianna Barenberg
the yogscast for all those yognaughts/yognauts out at Fanime!
-maaya sakamato singer, seiyuu
-masakuza katsura mangaka, character designer
-hiroaki hirata seiyuu

Game Grumps. Can we make this happen? Arin Hanson said he loves going to cons and all he needs is an invite.

Seconded. They both live in CA, so it shouldn't be as difficult.
I'd like to have Little Kuriboh back, this time as an actual guest with panels and autographs. Sounds like he loves it here.

Any chance we can get some mangaka guest of honors this year??
This first one would be a dream come true
Sahara Mizu (http://"http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=715"): My Girl, Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
Koyama Chuuya (http://"http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=4475"): Uchuu Kyouudai
Umino Chica (http://"http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=344"): Honey and Clover, Sangatsu no Lion
Sakisaka Io (http://"http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=2074"): Strobe Edge, Aoharaido
Nakahara Aya (http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=169): Love Com
Natsume Isaku (http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=2264): Tight Rope, Doushiyoumo Nai Keredo
Ohba Tsugumi (http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=36) and Obata Takeshi (http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=1238): Death Note, Bakuman
Shimura Takako (http://www.mangaupdates.com/authors.html?id=1343): Hourou Musuko, Aoi Hana
Just to name a few
Also Japanese models??
Fukasawa Midori (http://ameblo.jp/fukasawamidori/) in particular!
Also
Kimura U (http://ameblo.jp/kimura-u/)
Akira (http://ameblo.jp/akiriot/)
Kyary (http://ameblo.jp/kyarypamyupamyu/)
Amoyamo (http://www.amoyamo.net/)
Aoki Misako (http://aokimisako.net/)
Models would be tough. They're not directly related to anime, manga, or games, and their agencies are likely to be very restrictive (no photos, etc).

THIS! My daughter would just lose her mind with excitement if this happened. She's constantly watching the Game Grumps vids and of course, Little Kuriboh is just awesome.
Japanese or English voice actors would be wonderful too. I'd love to see Shinichirou Miki but I know that's just about impossible. :(
It'd be really cool to have a nice variety of guests. I'm sure there's a lot I'm forgetting, but some talented folks that I'd like to see (and that at least worked on something fairly recently) . . .

We need some DC Douglas at Fanime this year!
http://www.dcdouglas.com/dc-douglas-con/
I'd love to see Ume Aoki come!
Hey guys, just registered to the forums today despite being a regular con attendee since 2008. I must say I'm very excited to be a part of such a large gathering of anime fanatics. Now I can ramble on about my experiences, but that's not why I'm here. I have one small request to be made to the staff of Fanime Con 2013...
INVITE MEGA64 TO FANIME!!!
REASONS WHY MEGA64 SHOULD BE INVITED TO FANIME:
1.) MEGA64 IS THE HOTTEST THING SINCE BEVERLY HILLS CHIHUAHUA 2
2.) MEGA64 IS ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE CONVENTION (http://www.facebook.com/roccobotte/posts/10151459057201928?notif_t=like (http://www.facebook.com/roccobotte/posts/10151459057201928?notif_t=like))
3.) MEGA64 WOULD GIVE FANIME MORE EXPOSURE THAN EVER BEFORE
4.) MEGA64 ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO BE AROUND
5.) MEGA64 LOVES EVANGELION. I LOVE EVANGELION. WE ALL LOVE EVANGELION
Tell me what you think, spread the word.
I would love to see the three following English Voice Actors. They're pretty new but I like their work so far.
Jarrod Greene - He does the voice of CoCo in Toriko and Sado in Level E
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=110389
Philip Weber - He does the voice of Iceberg in One Piece and Jiro in Toriko
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=116523
Chris Guerrero - He does the voice of the Narrator in Toriko and also hosts a workshop called "Who Wants to be a Voice Actor" at the cons he goes to.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=115171
I'd love to see a couple English voice actors!! Greg Ayres, Aaron Dismuke, Lucy Christian, and Ian Sinclair being a few possible guests, yes? :D
Little Kuriboh would add to the awesomeness as well!
Bring David Vincent Back! ;D
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Vincent_%28actor%29
Mega64 and LittleKuriboh please :D
How about Vic Mignogna? I emailed him awhile back and asked if he could come, and he said all he needed was an invite. I'd be stoked if you guys do invite him!
I am a firm believer that abridging is a growing phenomena. These normal, everyday people, have taken it upon themselves to provide HILARIOUS entertainment for everybody. These people take our favorite anime and give a whole new twist on it! Some of the greats include TeamFourStar's "Dragon Ball Z Abridged", LittleKuriboh's "Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged", and 1KidsEntertainment's "Pokmon 'Bridged". But people have forgotten about some of the greats that helped elevate abridging, and who are sometimes underrated. My top abridgers that I would love to see at Fanime 2013 would be:
- Hbi2k: Berserk Abridged, Gantz TAS, and Vision of Escaflowne TAS
-KaiserNeko: Lupin III Abridged, Dragon Ball Z Abridged (Editor & Actor)
-ShadyVox: Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Abridged, Sonic X Abridged, Abridgimon
-Nowacking: Bo-Bo-Bo Abridged, Pokemon 'Bridged, Dark Swamp (Black Lagoon)
Only YOU can make this happen! And leave your suggestions!
I strongly support the 2 posts above me ;) because I'd love to see some English VAs and abridgers there.
Cristina Vee, Erin Fitzgerald, Kira Buckland, Laura Post, Lucien Dodge... too many English voice actors I want to meet.
I also want to see Ryukishi07, author of the When They Cry series (Higurashi and Umineko.)
Erin Fitzgerald.

Amanda Lee ..
Official Website: http://www.amandaleeva.com/ (http://www.amandaleeva.com/)
Amanda Lee is a voice-over actress and vocalist who is well known on the YouTube community for her English adaptations and covers to songs from anime and video-games. Amanda first discovered her passion back in 2006, gaining love for both voice acting and singing through her YouTube accounts where she has gained over 35,000 subscribers and nearly 6 million combined video views.
In 2011 Amanda won the voice acting portion of AX IDOL, a competition hosted by Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Viz Media in Los Angeles, CA. Since then she has had the pleasure of working on many titles including Media Blaster's Squid Girl, Sentai Filmwork's K-ON (Season 2) and Studio Kontrabida's Rival Threads: Last Class Heroes.
In the last year Amanda has also teamed up with many independant studios to provide vocals for their original soundtracks -- with more on the way! She is also busy working on her first original album which will follow her first single release of "Hide in The Dark" which is now available on Itunes.
Miyano Mamoru! All-time favorite voice actor and musician.
He's VA'd for Yagami Light, Suoh Tamaki, Fushimi Saruhiko, Ichinose Tokya, Riku (KH), and so many more - he's also won several "Best Lead Actor" and "Best Voice Actor" awards, and even appeared in dramas and such. In addition, he's released tons of albums and singles and has been on concert tours.
I'm guessing it's probably too late to get this famous of a dude on the guest list, but always worth a shot - or for future years!
I want Abridgers! We need some who don't get enough recognition!
Hbi2k (Berserk Abridged, Gantz Abridged, Vision Of Escaflowne Abridged)
ShadyVox (Sonic X Abridged, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Abridged)
KaiserNeko (Lupin III Abridged, Dragon Ball Z Abridged)
Nowacking, 1KidsEntertainment, XJery64X, (Pokemon 'Bridged)
These people deserve it!
Would love to see Team Four Star at Fanime. You hear about the antics they get up to at their 18+ panels, but for those of us who can't get to the conventions they normally go to, we're left out of the loop! :P

I second this. I've seconded this for many years. Make it happen.
