@Bsaphire Thanks for the links it makes things much easier to look back. Although im not exactly a new organizer, I helped organize the 2009 Codegeass Gathering along with that year's Codegeass Cosplay Chess game, and will most likely be doing so this year too. Just this is the first time Ive been able to actually be the lead organizer. So im sure ill be able to get this gathering bangin!

Okay 2011's Gathering didn't quite turn out like we had all hoped. SO I will be taking charge of 2012's Gathering!

Day: Saturday
Time: 12:00pm-14:00pm
Meeting Place: (FiF CE MS) Fountains, Marriot side! I noticed the trees and bushes on this side make great Photo-shoots.

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

Event: Punishment style Janken-poi (Rock paper scissors) loser will perform any action or pose the winner pleases. Use your imagination.

I was at the impromptu Sengoku Basara Gathering that happened at the hilton side fountains on sat.

Lets set this for saturday at 2 marriot/hilton fountains (I prefer Marriot side fountains)

Seems there are less gatherings set for that time and thus less traffic. Ive never been to the Hilton side so I can't say anything about gathering there, But I do know that Ive never had a problem with having the Code Geass gathering in the Marriot side fountains though, and our gathering gets rather HUGE.

WELL~ in my past experiences with this gathering on sat at 11 it has never been too busy or crowded(but then again Im from Tokyo so I like it like that, if you want busy Im sure you can imagine Sunday being twice as packed.

LETS DO 11:00!!!! hilton side fountains are fine by me, But it does seem like its gonna be at the same time and place as the Pokemon gathering, so I suggest the Marriot side cuz then we will be with the Hitman reborn gathering which is better in my eyes, how bout you guys!?

Lets put it down for Saturday at 11 (we can always change it later on if we are quick about it) for now cuz we need to get this gathering official so more people know of its existence! I guess Ill help out with Organizing this thing. Not my first rodeo either, helped organize the 09 Codegeass gathering. As for placement I reccomened the main entrance with thefountains and drop off circle, the marriot side if I recall correctly. Although it may be abit more crowded it gathers alot of attention and photographers. Any ideas for events or games we should hold?

Hey guys, long time no see!!! I bring with me a few updates on my status.

First off Ill be glad to organize the CG gathering like last year and I hope I can help fill the gap with konata out.

Second. Crap my initial D craze has caused me to go out and buy a white Mazda RX-7 same as Ryousuke if any of you guys know the show. Thus robbing me of my money as I bought parts and what not to modify it... and guess what! My Knight of Zero cosplay is still not done and it most likely wont be in time for fanime. so Ill have to resort to going as Knight of Seven again... ill just tune up my KoS and make it better. Ive been working out so my figure is finally perfect for Suzaku, nice and buff at the top with wider shoulders, very thin and slim at the waist and wider hips \(^~^)/ I even look like him from that naked geass flash back scene ! ROFL
