It's during the cosplay spectacle/masquerade, so our cast mate needs to be available during those times. We are looking for a China, Japan, Canada or a France. If you play any of those characters please contact me here, or on my tumblr. OR MY AIM: dragonssnare.
Other notes! Event though the panel takes place during the masquerade we would love to see all who said they would come, given this is the reason why it will be held at this time. Cause of all of you! We got a large panel room to hold all you babies! <3 That...came out weird. ANYWAY yes please come. The Masquerade is also always on the internet if you miss it.

Budget cooking is basically when the countries tell of how they make meals they love and a reasonable "budget" price. for more info watch the fanime hetalia budget cooking video on youtube.

As Chibitalia said above, yes, that is what we do. England and America tell recipes, this year we will pick a country to participate with us to give a recipe of their own. I won't pick someone until the panel is approved. xD BUT, we also are doing a new topic this year to change it up a bit. We will be having info on San Jose/california from America's point of view.

As of now, yes one country. I will know more information on the 14th since that is when accepted panels will be announced. e might offer 2, but given the style of budget cooking it would be hard to have more then 3 people since each country throws banter, their on recipe, and then the questions and topics at the end.

Yes, as of now one country. I can consult with my England to see if we can have one more. We aren't trying to exclude anyone, we just simply can't have EVERYONE who wants to participate. You can all help though, by spreading the word about the panel, it raises the chances of it getting accepted. We also are having a homestuck panel, called Gamzee's Cafe, so that too if you wish to come to that it would be greatly appreciated.

OMG YES! You may apply for both! Did you have any idea as to who you wanted to play for Homestuck, because that one is actually accepted. Still waiting on budget cooking here.

For budget cooking we are only looking for one to two people and it hasn't been accepted yet, so I'm mostly focusing on our homestuck panel for now. But I will be sure to dicuss with my girlfriend who we might add to the panel.

xD Okay. Well the masquerade...is decreased in the years. Not being biast just I stopped going my second year and began watching what skits I wanted to online. Hetalia Budget cooking, is America and England + 1 guest country. We talk about different recipes for our cultures, with that hetalia character flare. Banter will be included. Each country talks about ways to save money at the con, by talking about a recipe that would be acceptable for the con venture, when you are out on a budget OR cooking on one. At the end there is also an ask portion.

Awesome! I will be sure to give some info. Hetalia Budget Cooking is a panel that focuses on cooking. America and England star with one guest country. During the panel we will present a couple of recipes, inspired by the counties culture. The recipes will be cheap and inexpensive to make and used as an alternative cheap in expensive way to plan for cons and meals when out and about, with a hetalia fling into the mix. It was a big success last year so we are going to hold it again. I do need to inform you that it is during the masquerade, but given that the masquerade can be seen online and this panel comes once a year with no garuentee of being online, it definitely something you don't want to miss.
No need for Spain, that is hurtful.
