This is NO LONGER the official gathering page as the gathering host is no longer around. PLEASE re-post in the new thread with who you plan on attending as so can confirm who is going!

When I view it, all the gatherings are an hour ahead.

My sister, friend and I plan to go as Cecil, Carlos, and Kevin respectively from Welcome to Night Vale. Smaller fandoms are alright right? If not we can always go as Team Free Will from Supernatural that day!

Either way you can count us in! :D

I was going to allow Merlin if asked for, but I think Welcome to Night Vale is a little too different as it is not a TV show so that fandom will unfortunately not be apart of the gathering. Team Free Will is definitely welcome, though!

Welcome to the 2015 Superwholock gathering! I will be your host, alongside EliteSlayer. Now, what is Superwholock? SuperWhoLock is a combination of Supernatural, Doctor Who, and Sherlock. Since it is so popular and common to see on the web (mainly Tumblr), it is a lot easier to have all three fandoms in one gathering! Smaller fandoms are now including due to the demand last year! These fandoms include Hannibal and we were going to include Welcome to the Night Vale but that now have their own gathering so check that one out!

I put up a poll! I'll probably end it a day or two after the third wave of gatherings are allowed to submit their preferred times.

Maybe Friday evening then? I just want to make sure it's not too hot for those who are wearing full uniforms.

Would you all like to start deciding on a day now? Or what a while longer? When I hosted the gathering in 2012, it was Sunday morning.
