Its not a matter of editting the list, as I got no organizer to run said gathering, so, if someone steps up to the reigns, then this gathering can happen.

Deadline for filling out the form is May 14th, but may close sooner due to lack of space to offer. Stay tuned to announcements on this forum.
And as for headcount, a guestimate of previous gatherings is relatively fine for the form, but try to be spot on for this one on the forums please.

I think the closest thing we have to a kids room here is the Cosplay hangout, a no press zone with water, fans, and simple means to relax without the stress of the main con floor. I like this idea, however, and send it up the ladder to see what we can do in future years.

Sorry...I do try to post everything I can, as well as answer any questions here that I do over on FB, and I tried to make it the same information, different format so I can understand it clear on my end, and not make it confusing on your end. That, and Forums just don't reach the demographic anymore. I do direct people here, but I can only do so much. Thanks for the patience with this new system though. ;D
