In the video rooms, are you allowed to grab a chair and stack it on top of another so you can see the screen?

I got the idea for this in my Newtype topic. What you do is you make a list of what you consider the best anime ever.It's pretty simple, so don't disrespect people's opinion about it all right. Here we go!

I guess I'll make a poll from this. Anyway I don't mind either format. I'd just like to know which one you like and why. Don't be mean to someone just cause they like a certain form ok?
