Staying at the Hilton. First time though, normally I'm over in the Marriot.

just noticed that under the registration tab, it says artist alley registration has closed; but to pick up your AA seating you need to print out the last page of the registration. . . anyone see the problem here?  Also from what I read the people that weren't in top 100 were to be updated where there seating assignment was via the registration page; which has dissipated.  If there is a link I'm not seeing that someone knows about I'd be very grateful to have it.

Hey Everyone!

   Content head here! The Publications department and the Content department are seeking staff. In case you're wondering what we have open, please read the descriptions below to see if any of them catch your attention. Make sure to drop an e-mail if you're interested!

Content Writer-Reporters

Duties:
Writing content for the FanimeCon website, monthly newsletters and program guide. Reporting will be needed for the newsletter, which may require many e-mails to get the info needed to make an article.

Requirements:

• Writing ability and familiarity with journalistic writing.
• Full internet access with e-mail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Access to word documents and open office documents.
• 18+ preferred.

I would like to take the chance to remind everyone before they make a commitment that there is a lot of at-con work as well as pre-con work for these positions. For more information on what the at-con duties are, please send an e-mail our way!

I messaged Chuck Huber to ask if he would come, and his was response was pretty positive!

He said he hadn't been invited but if he is then he'll show up!  :D

So...  Please, I'm asking as a die hard fan of Yu Yu Hakusho, (and I'm positive that there's plenty more out there,) that would absolutely love to see one of her favorite voice actors, invite him to Fanime?  :3

Along with the Twitter, Fanime also puts out a newsletter everyday of the convention. They have a section where the large events of the day are listed with their times. They're usually hanging around Info Desks. A lot of people don't notice them though. ^^;;

Clocks might be an idea. Maybe putting digital clocks at the info desks could assist? This could help people without watches or cell phones figure out when something is about to happen. I have no idea if that could be implemented though, or how useful it would really be.

From my experience it's been that Thursday night is for Pre-Registration only. I believe that Early Registration can pick up their badges starting on Friday.

Favorite thing ever at FanimeCon was when my friends and I cosplayed the triforce and people would stop and bow to us in the middle of just walking around. Truly an experience I will never forget.

...Also attending the yaoi events... those are always special. :D

I'm so excited I'm not procrastinating this year. I love staying in the Marriot. ^^

I really wish that a lot of the Sailor Moon villians didn't have to die. My favorite of those being Sapphire, since he didn't actually do anything wrong. ^^;;;

My friends and I plan to do the triforce again this year, at least so far... It wasn't perfection, but it still got a few laughs seeing three triangles walk around. ^-^

Sadly, still a maybe. Our third triangle isn't being very cooperative. ^^;;; I'll let you know yes or no when he gets back to me. If not, I'll still be there taking pictures of you guys. ^^

I think so. I'm not too sure though, the postcards were inside the game cover, not given separately. I ordered mine online. >_<

I had it shipped to my house, got it today. :D I love the postcards that came with it. ^-^ I'm glad they came out with it. I never played the GBA version, so this should be great. xD

Today was fantastic.  ;D Got my car fixed, my cat came back, some guy came up to my window in the box office and sang to me before running away... Wonderful times. <3

We had one a while back called Anime Express. It shut down a while back though. I guess business wasn't doing so well. I miss it.

I feel the fact that they have Goku going to high school in this so called Dragonball movie horrible. Oh the humanity. Heh.

Although it does look amusing, perhaps I'll just watch for the laughs. ^^
