The craziest thing that happened to me this year was a Xemnas was stalking me the girl with light sabers maybe it was becuase i was dressed as Axel who knows but i was like the only male Axel it was creepy

I loved the license plate Naruto joke, and the Assram thing. XD I was disappointed though, that no one seemed to get the Contra Code reference. Come on guys, it works in just about every Konami game now!

I hope I'm doing this right. I've noticed a lot of Links and Marios and Pikachus and stuff like that, so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a Super Smash Bros. gathering for next year? I think it would be awesome.

This was pretty much my first time cosplaying too. I've worn other people's outfits before but this was my first time making my own and styling a wig. It was fun! Stressful before the con, but fun!

It's a card game with characters from Penny Arcade, Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, Samurai Showdown, King of Fighters, etc.

Me to! I played the hell out of that thing 2005 (especially at late hours when no one else is around and you can get it all to yourself) but I didn't see it last year either...

I was considering being someone from Osu! Tatake! Ouendan! or Elite Beat Agents...but we'll have to see. I will if I have enough time after I do my main cosplay. It's not really on top of my priority list.

Sounds good! I would love to see both panels. Your hats are VERY nice. While I've only played Munchkin once, it was fun and I would love to get more into it.

It's a certain dealer who sells them, and they haven't been at Fanime for a year or two from what I have seen.... However, there is a game that goes with the yaoi/yuri paddles, involving spanking people and getting them to make out or have someone else make out with them. If they refuse, they get harassed until they do. It's very rude and disrespectful, in my opinion, and can be considered sexual harassment, so maybe the dealer hasn't been asked to come back because of this? I don't know. I've seen people with the paddles walking around, but they bought them from AX and weren't asked to put them away or anything. So, I don't think the paddles themselves were banned, but maybe the dealer just doesn't work at Fanime, or maybe they can't sell the paddles any more due to sexual harassment. I don't know.

I'll have it at the con, but whether I'll feel like I'm ready to participate in a tourney or not is entirely up in the air.

Same here. April doesn't give us a lot of time...especially for those of us trying to juggle college, work, and our personal life, and barely have time any more for video games as it is. But yeah I think we should have different tourneys....like a level 1 - 10 tourney, 10 - 20, etc. Something like that maybe. Because not all of us will have 100s by Fanime. ^_^;;

But you know, Pokemon D/P will also have fun wireless activities not available through wi-fi such as an underground area with rare items, Pokemon, fossils, and a capture the flag game.  :D I don't know if I'll be up for a tourney, but I'll definitely play some cap the flag with some people.

I heard that Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will be out by the convention...but you know those game companies, they always push back the release date. But yeah I'd definitely want to play some Pokemon with people at the con.  :D

......Stupid question. Is this for 2007 or 2006? If it's for 2007 I will be dressed as Deep Dive Riku (orgy coat, blindfold...). If I'm bumping something from '06 then...sorry. I was just looking for KH gatherings to join. XD And I honestly can never remember what freaking month Fanime is in so the date stamps mean nothing to me.

You all made very good points, but I have another peeve...fangirls/fanboys. "LYK OMG A ROXAS COSPLAYRR N A ROCKSASS COSPLAYRR!! OMG U GUYZ SHULD TOTALIE MAKE OUT!!! *Squeeeee!!!*" How many people have gotten harrassed to make out with someone of the same gender for someone else's amusement? How many of you are gay/lesbian/bi/whatever and had someone harrass you to make out with someone just because of your sexual orientation? I see it at cons all the time. It drives me crazy. It's very rude and disrespectful to anyone, and it's insulting to gays/lesbians.

We need to hand out soap when they pick up their con badge, and we need to hand out some fragrance at the hentai room. The hentai room should also be equipped with Febreeze attached to big fans so we spray the area. The Febreeze will somehow have to spray on its own....

Maaan I want to do a Masquerade skit now featuring Axel giving a bunch of fanboys a hygiene lesson (Soap. S-O-A-P. Got it memorized?!)
