I agree, last year's dinner was so successful that it became rather disastrous hahaha. I was thinking the San Pedro Square. Lots of food options and reasonable seating space.

Ooops, checked the schedule for the gatherings, our gatherings are schedules at the same time.... I host the Touhou gathering.

That means I won't be able to attend. Sorry! I will still be cosplaying Raven later in the the day though!

They'll be yet another Touhou dinner this year, same day as the gathering (more info to come shortly).

As for the gathering, I think 12:00 - 5/28 (Saturday) would make the most sense. Perhaps the hour prior we can make a con sweep for fellow Touhou cosplayers and help direct everyone to the gathering.

Yes! We shall have a dinner sometime after the gathering. I would say by the end of this month I will have the plans for the dinner complete for the most part and I'll announce them here and on the facebook event page.

I have submitted the gathering application already! I will update both this page and the event page soon regarding my submission.

Would it be all right if I make a request? Please have the KanColle gathering and the Touhou gathering at different times.  I want to attend both gatherings and I have separate cosplays for each, and I believe that others do too, as there is a lot of overlap in both fandoms.

I know the host personally, so we can schedule around each other so we don't overlap.

I hope to attend the gathering as Raven Branwen(RWBY), but last year I wasn't able to attend due to time conflict with Fanimaid cafe. I'm not sure if it will be the same case, but either way, I'll try to attend when I can.

I will bring a mannequin leg and an arm to the gathering as well.
