The Kawa-i site's in Portuguese, though, even after a Yahoo translation, I didn't have any luck identifying these wallpapers:

The 1st are from the manga Happy Mania if 'm right
the other 2, I don't know
The second one is from Gokinjo Monogatari and/or Paradise Kiss. Both mangas have the same author, Ai Yazawa, and take place in the same world with some of the same characters. The girl is Miwako or her sister Mikako (they look alike). They are in both mangas.
I don't know any of the others... Hope that helps!
The first one, Ryu, you got it wrong. Happy Mania is done by someone else.
The Third one. "Toukaidouhonbuchou"...I think that's how you spell it. It's similar to the Get Backers story, just more shoujo ish. The guy with the ponytail has a split personality.(Hana to Yume publication)
I'm not sure about the last one...but it looks like "Shoujyo Shounen III" to me.... from the facial expression and such, that's what I think it is.
well the artowrk is similar Kima, so I assumed that it was from that manga. Gomen :D
NOOOOOOO. Happy Mania is too different. It's MUCHHHHH less detail and simple. :O
The third one I think is from Yorozuya Toukaidou Honpo, with the characters Yoshitsune & Kaori. I checked my current bishie harem and that's who I recognized them as. ^_^ *goes and drools over her bishies*
The fourth is from Lagoon Engine.
you know... the second one reminds me a lot of this magic marker thing i used to enjoy when i was a kid. you would have a drawing in gray tones, and you would color it with this magic marker and its colors would show.^^

These wallpapers come from Nihon no Manga ( http://www.ginas-anime.de/ ), a Denmark site in German (?). I ID'ed the other Verschiedenes (Miscellaneous) wallpapers, but not these.

but the style of the fourth one reminds me of Haruhiko Mikimoto.
5. Definitely not Shamanic Princess (me love that series), but if you follow the little watermark that says animewallpapers.com on it, it's listed under Sister Princess ^^

Well..I don't think the first one is fanart... you do know that it's drawn by IDOL HANDS, who is one of the artists on the pamphlet for fanime.
number 6 looks like its by CLAMP, kinda like Shirahime-Syo.
#9 is of Pegasus from Sailor Moon, and yeah, Idol Hands does do art work for Fanime. That picture is actually on the back of the Fanime 2K t-shirt...hehehe, Miyuki-chan in Wonderland ^_^
