Best "protester" moment of the con for me.  Standing in line for FLOW we were all watching the guy standing there with his sign when the van drove by.  I hear from the girl beside me "Does that ACTUALLY say 'Turn or Burn'?"  The tone of voice and inflection made me laugh for days!

As far as the noise goes, here's an interesting fact-oid.  My room was in the Hilton, on the 10th floor and I could hear them from my room.  I concidered calling the front desk to complain, but realized that probably wouldn't do any good.

Fanime 2010 is over.

Ah.  After a good nights sleep, much water and a good meal I feel more like myself again.  Still can't fit my feet into my shoes, but this swelling too shall pass.   ;D

Sunday was AMAZING guys.  You all impressed me with the continued attitude of fun and excitment I've been enjoying on this board for months.  I heard from a LOT of people about how cool the Naruto cosplayers were.  Let's keep it up for Fanime 2011!! 

The picnic was epic.  I really didn't expect that the UNO game would be so well accepted.  :)  Such fun getting to talk with people.  Put names to faces.

For now I'm debating if I will make it back for Fanime 2011.  There are a lot of factors that might affect that and I can't make a full decision on that until I know all of the facts.  However, I will continue organzing this event in the hopes that I will be back to use my bullhorn again next year.   :D  I'll let you all know if we need to pick a new organizer.

That being said.  Fanime 2010 is complete.  It was a total success in my opinion, it just seems to get better each year.  For now, please post your picture of Naruto cosplayers or events here so that we can all see!  I'll post mine as soon as I get home and have access to my computer.   ;D

Forgive me, things just kinda hit the fan at the last minute this morning. I was all hyped up to go then things just kinda went downhill. So I couldn't go. >< I hope the gathering was fun. My mother said she would take me to Anime-Expo since I had to miss this one. Meh!! ><, once again very sorry.

No worries.  I wondered where you were, but hoped everything was ok.  Tell us all how Anime Expo goes.  See you next year!!!

Gathering was fantastic guys.  I'll post more once I'm able to move again.  Good gravy is my body tired after this day.  You all rock.  I'll still be around tonight and tomorrow, hope to see many of you thru the rest of Fanime!

The concert was AMAZING!!!  I am still deaf in one ear and it was a price I was happy to pay.  I can't say I've ever had so much fun at a concert.  Thank you again for brining such a great band to Fanime.   ;D

10 o'clock meet up was epic.  I expected 3 or 4 people, instead it was a big ol' group of awesome people having fun for almost an hour!  We even had a dog cosplaying as the nine-tailed fox (with 4 tails).

EJAY420 just gave me the banner for the Gathering, it's spectacular! 

Don't forget breakfast tomorrow at 10.  Meet at the Marriot and then migrate to Peet's.  I must go to sleep now so that I can be awake for it.   ;D

FLOW was AMAZING!  I've been back for an hour and I still can't hear out of my right ear.  LOL.  Started off with Re:member, did Signs half way thru and finished with an absolutely killer performance of GO!!

Got delayed (unavoidable).  On my way to the line for FLOW now.  (Doesn't look to be much of a line yet, so yay for good seats.)

@ruby.  I'm thinking I'll head to the line for FLOW around 2 or 3.  My sister wants to do opening ceremonies...but I'm thinking I might skip them for a better spot in line.  We'll see.   :D

Lots and lots of cosplayers.  WOW!  I was eating breakfast a little bit ago and an Orochimaru and a Sasuke went skipping by arm in arm.  It was awesome. 

Not a lot going on yet aside from hallway cosplay, but it's all gearing up.  Mic checks on Stage Zero, Artists setting up in artists alley, the line to get into the dealers room has already started. 

Reminder guys,  find me in line at the FLOW concert for your glow toys.  I can not believe I get to see FLOW in just a few hours.  Totally unbelievable!  WooHoo!!!  See y'all soon!

EEP! So, who wants to be the kind soul who takes lots of pictures friday and saturday and then upload them for me at the end of the day. -nudge nudge-

LOL.  A lot of us take lots of pictures.  Mine won't be up until Tuesday at the earliest...but if you google / hunt photobucket / Youtube you might be surprised that a lot of stuff is already up.

Reg lines are HUGE again this morning.  LOTS and LOTS of Naruto cosplayers.   ;D

I signed the waiver.  It roughly translated to "please don't act like a total animal in our hotel.  If you do act like an animal we will charge you for the cost of fixing the damage you cause".  I feel bad that they had to create this kind of form at all. 

I'm sitting here at the Hilton.  My badge on.  My awesome Swap Meet stuff in hand (got to see a few of you in the swap meet..hi again!) and just so thrilled to be here!  Wohoo!

The line for registration was long, hot and annoyingly loud.  But now that I have my badge it was totally worth it.   ;D

I have seen SO MANY Naruto Cosplayers randomly wandering the halls.  It's amazing really.

@somegirlkatie: I know how you feel.  I used to dye mine BRIGHT pink every year...just because.  Everyone thought I was insane outside of the con.  But once I got here, everyone loved it.  I"m sure your hair looks amazing!!  8)

Work today is going to take soooo long...

I was that way yesterday.  My boss told me at 2:00 that I could leave if I wanted...cause I was SUCH a total basket case.  lol.  I'm going to hit the road in about an hour.  On my way to San Jose for a GREAT Fanime!  Wohoo!!

Ladies and Gentlemen.  Take a bow.  You did it.  With a last minute rush of cosplayers you have successfully reached 80 cosplayers on the list.  WOHOO!!  I estimate at least 20 people will be there that have not signed up here, so we should probably see another 100 + person gathering this year.  Why?  Cause you guys rock.  Your candy is already in the car.

This is the last "official" update for the Naruto Gathering 2010.  The schedule is set.  Our list has been updated for the last time (though more people are welcome to sign up I will not be adding more names to the list).  We are locked and ready to go!  Woohoo!!

For people going to Day Zero, I'll see you in a few HOURS.  (Holy cow I have to be on the road in 8 hours). 

For people going to FLOW on Friday, you know how to find me.  I have 23 glow toys waiting to be given away.  Don't forget to meet up after the concert too. 

Saturday we have our great breakfast event, thanks to roth14.

And Sunday...well Sunday we're going to Rock Fanime's socks off with our awesomeness and 6 solid hours of Naruto events and fun.

I'll keep up with the forum thru Fanime so keep posting and let me know if anything comes up.  Keep up the great work guys!  You have already made this Fanime so amazing.  Can't wait to get it started!

Tomorrow!  Tomorrow!  Day Zero's Tomorrow!  It's only a day awaaaayyyy!!!  (Had to have an "Annie" moment...moving on now).

I will make my last planned updates tonight.  I doubt I'll have time to update the cosplay list, but I really only have that for counts sake, everyone is welcome wether they're on the list or not.  I estimate that our total list count is about 78 right now.  A touch short of our stated goal of 80 for candy.  However, I already bought the candy and I sure as shootin' don't want 100 tootsie pops, so I'll give candy out just cause you're all awesome and keep proving it to me on here every day.   ;D

Keep up the great level of excitement guys.  It's nearly Fanime.  And this year's Fanime promises to be one of the best I've ever seen.  Great music, great events, awesome gatherings with fantastic people...yeah Fanime 2010 is going to be AMAZING. 

The drive to Fanime is going to SUCK tomorrow.
