I have long forgotten the temptation of pocky. Even in the homeland of pocky I was not once tempted by its evil diabetes inducing presence.

/end thread jack  ;D

At the time, our view was keeping to the rules avoided the slippery slope.

The game's very different from back then in terms of the gray area of "1 move" and asking people to go back to the old style may make the game seem dull in comparison.

If the entire group respects you, they'll let you call them out and maintain order. :)

I thought this 1 game was going well this year, until I saw a Michael Jackson spin and a hop THEN slap.

As the guy who was teaching how to play ninja to the new players, (I had a dealers badge and played from a chair at one point) they seem to have not liked the whole "take only one step rule" and did stupid things like taking 3 or 5 steps in a turn.

I'll be a ref if I'm not working next year although I had fun with the group that played for 4-6 hours.

Also Erich if you're reading this, I am waiting to join the fanime ninja group :p
when it started back in what, 2009 ? 2010? there were so many people playing it but now, it has declined cause people dont know how to play or listen to rules :l
In case you need reference on the rules and how it used to be played in 2009, here's us when we first brought it to Fanime:

I wasn't aware that players can use any number that they want. It'll be free choice. :)

Get killed by terrorists or falling debris from a recently destroyed colony...

Unless I'm a gundam pilot I'm one of the millions that die in the massive amounts of indiscriminate destruction.

@lycan510: Yeah, Darkrai is a Gen4 legendary.  Have you decided when/where yet?

@JTchinoy: ....You can try. *smiles*
Didn't you guys mention each badge having a level limit? :P
Would that mean the 8th gym will be level 100? :D
