@8-Ball:  I can definitely see where you're coming from with this as I myself miss all of the timeless tracks.
             If people like hyphy then that's their taste and I listen to it every now and then but I miss the
             classics myself.  Oh and nice one mentioning Rich and the others, made me feel a tad nostalgic
             there for a moment ^_^  A DJ battle would be cool to see at a con like fanime, escpecially the
             team battles like back in the 90's

I was only in the dance for about an hour or two during each night and honestly had fun enjoying the music and kickin it with my fellow ninjas.
I do admit during Caen's set it seemed a little rough at points but overall I had a blast hearing the tracks that were played and do agree that the crowd enjoyed it just as much too.  Big up to the dance this year and I look forward to next year's as well. ^_^

Damn, wish i could have made it for the group pic but had gotten hauled off for RPD duty.  Nevertheless The Nameplate Ninja was there as well as everywhere ^_^

Me I picked up Clerks II the gift box, a skeleton 4.5 minute glass, went to the Dickens Faire, and as an early christmas present for my best friend I took her for her first time to Disneyland.

I love most forms of electronic music but I wouldn't mind seeing old school hip-hop and old school funky breaks played as well.

My vote goes to the band known as Nightmare
