I have been to fanime once, I will not be running this gathering. If it doesn't happen that will be too bad, but I do not know enough about the area nor do I want to take that responsibility on. If there is someone else that wants to then go for it.

Now that sak is over I can focus on getting my costumes ready for fanime. Looks like my current plan is Jolyne, Fugo and Caesar. I may also have my Jotaro with me. Jolyne and Jotaro are done, Caesar is about half way and I just started on Fugo.

Pst, those looking for Crispin Freeman he was just announced to be a guest at Newcon PDX in portland in Janurary. I have wanted to meet him forever.

Well it looks like I may have Caesar as well. My boyfriend is going as Joseph and wants me to be his Caesar.

I'll have Judal this year. I'm not sure if I will be able to take my staff or not. It's kinda big...like 6'5" feet tall and I am flying. But I am super excited! I wore Judal back in 2013 and he was well recived.

CON IS SOOO CLOSE! I will probably be wearing Judal a lot. Its a very comfortable costume. I am also a little shy so if you see me come say hi! I hope everyone is doing good with their progress and I can't wait to see people on Sunday!

I'm in Portland Oregon and this week and last week have been high 40s and raining so some sun and a little bit warming weather will be great!

When is the online schedule going to be up? I want to plan stuff with my wife already...

I made my pants for Judal yesterday. I am terrible at sewing but they came out really good. I kinda want to make the crotch lower but that would require a lot more work and I am afraid I may end up ruining them and have to start over. But here they are


Should I try to make the crotch lower or leave them as is? Also the picture doesn't do them justice. I want to get some more shots of Judal soon so hopefully I will have some updated pictures. Next up is to remake the necklace and touch up the wig and I am good to go!

I am in the same boat as you. Kind of looking into what's good right now. I'd say look into Magi. I picked up the manga because of the art and do not regret it one bit. I've managed to get 4 of my friends really into it too. It's really good.

I second Magi, just read the manga rather than watching the anime. The anime is starting to wander off too much from the story and at this rate it is going to be like the original FMA and end completely differently.

Otherwise, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Attack on Titan is huge right now, just came out, Fairy Tale....thats all I can think of.

I will be bringing my Kuja back. I just want to make a few touch ups and I should be good to go! I don't know what day I am going to wear it though. I should have at least one other with me so it depends on when she wants to wear it.

I am so excited for con! I found a few things I want to touch up on Judal. I am currently remaking the gem for my wand and I'm probably going to make it more accurate. I am also attempting to create a mold for the bracelets so I can cast them out of resin. I will know soon enough if it will work.

I also got a pattern and I am going to be making my pants rather than using large sweats.

YAY I would love to get pictures with you. Sadly the bracelets aren't going to work out but thats ok, since they weren't going to look as good as the ones I have now. I can't wait to see everyone. I would love to see progress pictures :3 or pictures of the costumes so I know who to keep an eye out for.

I live in the Portland area. I also know A LOT of cosplayers (pretty much all my friends are cosplayers) that live in the beaverton/hilsboro area.

Sorry for being late to the party. I just got done with Sakuracon and all my focus was on that and work. I will have a Morgiana (her name is Misse) and my Hakuryuu is Laurie (neither Misse or Laurie have accounts)
