OMG, now I feel I can justify trying to bring over NEWS for MusicFest since I couldn't exactly think of a way to connect them to anime, but they're doing the theme song for the new One Piece movie that's coming out! xDDD I know they're not everyone's cup of tea, but they put on great performances ^^;

But the members of NewS are dropping like fly's. ^^;;; Gods. I'd kill for a JENT member/band/group to come over. I'm so SICK of the visual kei. I loved that stuff back in like 95'.

I have many fond memories at foothill... but one sums it up best:

There was this one cosplayer who dressed as Ryouga from Ranma 1/2 at the last year at Foothill. He would go back and forth between rooms, asking for directions and, true to character, would walk in the opposite direction of whatever advice he was given. That's in-character cosplay for ya. I also recall seeing Nausicaa at one of those years, don't remember which and, of course, Death and Rebirth. Those were the days. ^_^

Wow. I remember this as well. I attended fanime when it was at the Foothills College. damn. Now I feel really OLD.

I usually buy from yesasia.com or ebay. Lots of ebay because it's so much cheaper but the wait just kills me.
