For the shoot order, I would suggest doing a group photo at the beginning and one more at the end~ (For those that can only be there at the beginning and for those that come later).
Also, prob include FGO, and FGO 2: Cosmos in the Lostbelt, Fate/Extra, and Fate/Extella (+Link)
For the classes, include Ruler, Avenger, Moon Cancer, Alter Ego, Beast, and Foreigner

Although it being a fate specific gathering, just be on standby for Type-Moon peeps in general in case they do pop by. Good to be inclusive~

I couldn't find the weapon's policy info for 2016 or 2017. Nor was it mentioned in 2015 & previous years. (Maybe I missed it, sorry!)
I know AX has a max length/height of a weapon at 7 Feet. I was wondering if that's the same at Fanime?

I was looking at the Fanime Fb Page, and for larger gatherings we should reserve either G9 (it's outside, but there's plenty of shade there from what I remember). Or G4 (it's indoors, and there will be risers for us to arrange on). There is also this off-site location G10 (it's outside where the snake statue is at). edit: or as Sonicxsam suggested to have it where we had it last year.
