I have a few additional questions & issues that aren't covered:

1. The group registration page seems to be broken (https://www2.cmrreg.com/fan_teamview/)
2. Is there no way to pre-order a single-day badge online? It seems a bit backwards because of how long the lines can be...
3. Is there a way to group register for a single day? For example, if 4 people want to attend on Saturday only.
4. If registration opens at 12:01 AM, does this mean we can come as early as (hypothetically) 4 AM to pick up badges? Do you think this will reduce the crazy lines we saw last year?

My plan is to hit the one on Saturday, probably line up 15 min before... or at least that's the plan :)

Wait, are you asking about signups for staff?  Because if you're asking about signing up to participate in speed dating, then...

Nope, looks like sign-ups are only for staff/volunteering and instead of signing up for the event, it's first-come, first-serve. I guess we'll all have to just line up a few minutes before it starts :)

^5 years ago? I was in college, finishing my bachelor's (before doing my Master's and entering the games industry to work on LoL and a few other games... wow time has flown.)

actually, as a follow-up, looks like ALL of the e-mails arrived in my inbox around 8PM tonight @_@; maybe my mail server was running slow or something. Who knows! But looks like everything was working right, just not fast enough :)

I blame what's likely another filter somewhere (likely on my mail server itself)

So I've made an account on the fanime website and haven't received a verification request e-mail so that I can buy my badge.
I've submitted a re-send about 3 times now and have double-checked that my e-mail is spelled correctly ;)
I've also waited about an hour or so and checked my junk folder, "just in case"

Thanks for any help that the staff may have!
I can always send an e-mail from the e-mail that is registered with the account if need be :)

Might not be a bad idea for the staff to contact Justin.TV/Twitch.TV about that since they're located just up in San Francisco. Would be pretty cool! I know PAX does a lot of streaming of certain events and concerts now, even.
